IHOP — Restaurant in Goshen

This is the absolute worst IHop i have ever been to. Service was HORRIBLE. There was a total of 7 tables worth of customers... no more than 20 people with plenty of staff and it still took 10 minutes for my 18 month old son to get a highchair. When he was finally given one it didnt have a buckle and was disgustingly dirty - they then proceeded to take another 10 minutes to get him a new one with a buckle. We then ordered our food - which after multiple times of asking we never recieved a kids menu- it took 40 minutes to come out, 2 orders of pancakes with hashbrowns and eggs with toast for the little one. When we finally got our food they were missing most of it and spent another 10-15 minutes trying to make it & the food they did bring out was mostly wrong. We asked for milk 4 seperate times and still never recieved it yet it was on our bill. The pancakes we recieved werent even cooked all the way through and were cold when we got them. The eggs we ordered were wrong and cold as well. & we waited atleast 5-10 minutes to recieve silverware to even eat our food. We didnt recieve the toast until 10 minutes after the rest of the food was brought out and it was again COLD and we recieved it with no butter or jelly. No one ever came to refill our water or ask if there was anything we needed. There is a reason it wasnt busy at 9:00 am on a Saturday. We left hungry, unhappy and spent $34.00 for horrible food that we barely ate and even...

Staff was so-so, was passed around in the beginning from one waitress to another as they argued over who's turn it was,and who got to continue sitting at the bench.. I eventually got the nicer of the 2 anyways so that was the positive part.. but when we ordered our food (about 35 min.) and the food came out it was missing items in it ex: omelette was missing mushrooms when I asked for them in it, the new oreo Christmas cookie crunch pancakes was missing the main ingredient of the item which is the sugar milk cream, and I also got an Italian cannoli pancakes that should have had chocolate chips on it as well as cannoli pieces as well which was missing it completely and the filling wasnt full it was very and I mean VERY minimal.. dont get me wrong the food was decent and good but if your expectations are what you order.. double check your food asap with what your ordering because every plate I had received was missing something albeit small it's the point if I'm paying extra for them and your charging me it all should be there. -ps only got a pic of the cannoli but its obviously missing the topping pieces. This place was very very understaffed. Their heat must have been broken because it was set to over 90 degrees. The bathroom was as cold as outside however, approximately 32 degrees. The floor was full of scum, filth, grit , grease and grim. I felt uneasy sitting at my table that we had ask the waitress to move us to a less filthy table.

The food was subpar. The omelette we ordered with cheese had just two slices of in melted American cheese slices on top. All the ingredients were on top and not inside. We asked for red potatoes with green pepper and onions.

You could painfully tell the onions and green peppers were not cooked with the potatoes but added to the top of the plate at the last second. The potatoes were russet or Idaho and not red. When asked why are the potatoes not red skinned, the waitress responded "oh, that's our red potatoes"! Instead of saying they were out.... which I would have understood. But to say that's how their red potatoes are was very insulting to my intelligence.
