Five Below — Local services in Goshen

I'm only gonna give this store 4 stars. Don't get me wrong it's a good store. The switched to self check outs. If u happen to get a key chain in the dollar section and it don't have a barcode on it go get a different one your self. I picked up two and they borth were a dollar but one didn't have a barcode. So the cashier who was standing there went down an aisle to get one that looks nothing like the one I picked up. Was charged 5.55 for it. I know it's only 4.55 difference but that's 4.55 that I could have spent else where like the grocery store. So I told the lady but she wanted to argue with me and said whatever and paid it because it was for my daughter. But other than that much better after the remolding they did. The amount of disrespect from one grown man is enough. Me and my mother walked in the door and not even two seconds we asked how much a marshmallow elf thing was because it wasn’t marked (mind you it was a candy from what would be the dollar aisle anywhere else) and he said it was 5.50 with the attitude of a 14 year old. Plus added he acted like my mother was dumb because of asking a simple question. She is older than him and if you can’t bother to respect people older or even younger than you then you shouldn’t be working in retail at all. I'm only giving it 3 stars because of the lack of customer service I receive when I come in with my children. i don't know what it is, but I tend to get greeted with a rude hello and silence when I checkout. It's usually by an older woman. But will happily talk to other people well it seems certain people. It's not very wise to work at a place that's supposed to be fun, if you yourself aren't gonna have a good attitude. Other than that, the snacks and drinks are pretty good.
