JoJo's Pretzels — Local services in Goshen

I had arrived @ 10A.M. The posted hours on the entry door had stated that they open 10.A.M. But when i had tried to enter the business there was a tiny sticky note stuck on the door that had said " Will open @ 11A.M. today. so i had toughed it out and waited outside until 11 and then an employee had come to the door and switched pout the sticky note for another one that said 'Will open @ 11:30am today. which is ridiculous because the employees had seen me arrive @ 10a.m. i don't normally write reviews like this but today was my Brother's Birthday & he had asked for me to stop and get him a pretzel from his favorite pretzel place & bring it to him at work. I’ve never written a review before, but I feel compelled to share my experience.

We love the regular pretzels and I would happily give them 5 stars. Today, I decided to try the gluten-free pretzel because we always enjoy their products. It took 15-20 minutes to be ready and unfortunately, it tasted awful. It was also $2.00 more expensive than the regular one. I cannot even give 1 star for the Gluten-free pretzel. It was hard and overly floury, and it wasn’t even very warm. I was really disappointed since I love their regular pretzels so much. I definitely won’t buy the gluten-free one again. I believe that if the gluten-free pretzel is of such poor quality, they should consider not selling it. It really doesn't live up to the standard of their regular...

Pretzel was good, but my sauce (sweet chili or something, I never got to fully taste it) had mold growing on the lid. Didnt notice till I got home, of course, I was offered the customary "well, if you can come back in".....I could have gotten my money back or another pretzel....but I couldnt make it back. I dont think that should be my problem.

The people there should absolutely be required to refill the sauces and keep track of which ones are old...just like every other place. And I got my pretzel at around 8 at night on "First fridays"....I dont know how many others went out the same way mine did, but furry things on the lids dont taste good, and its messed up my stomach the whole weekend. Sorry, but a refund doesnt make...
