Amazing customer service and products! I came here with a couple family members mainly to look for an electric guitar I might want for the holidays. Not only did they have an amazing selection of guitars, but they also have instruments like keyboards, drum sets, ukuleles, etc, and I think I saw a man looking at a cello. They also have assortments of amps. Two employees helped guide me as I looked around since I wasn't exactly sure what type of guitar would fit me, and they helped me figure it out. Then, they let me play several of them, got me hooked up to an amp, and I played around with the settings for a good 10-15 minutes before leaving the store. The employees evidently have years upon years of experience and were very knowledgeable in what they're doing. They are very kind and friendly people! Their prices were also very reasonable. Great experience at this store, I took a used Oscar Schmidt Delta King that was in rough shape to clean in being a complete beginner to guitar, and the staff were very personal and gave me tips on how to clean guitars. They have fair prices in fact i picked up this super lightweight stagg guitar from there along with all my essentials to start learning how to jam out. Very pleased with the service of my Alvarez guitar repair. Brought it in the first time about a year ago for restringing and a replacement of the input jack. They only had it a couple of days. This past Saturday I took it in for an adjustment and was able to pick it up today (Monday) after work. Fast & great work. Very reasonable cost for both repairs.
