HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We rented out Common Spirits for a small birthday event this weekend and couldn't have asked for anything better! The apps (charcuterie cups, Vietnamese wings, hummus & veggies, pesto sandwiches, meatballs, chips & salsa...) were beautiful, delicious, and so reasonably priced. The artisan drinks, served in unique thrift-style glasses with fresh herbs and flowers, are unlike anything else you can find in the area! Most importantly, the staff and owners of this family-owned establishment are some of the kindest, most accommodating, and hardest working folks I've had the joy of planning an event with. I am new to the bar scene in Goshen. Common Spirits was recommended to me, but, it just is not for me. I decided to go there for supper on a Friday night to check it out. The menu was extremely limited, but, I have to say that the Tuna Polk that was available was very good. The bar staff was actively interacting with the "regulars" but the only communication I received was when my drink was low. In my opinion, the bar staff should be more actively engaged in communicating with "new" people and finding out what brought them to the bar, etc. and seeing what they have in common with the "regulars" to try to strike up conversations so the "new" people may...

Fantastic food, service, drinks and a really cool atmosphere in a very old and historic building. The wings are the best I have ever had. They were juicy and the sauce was absolutely delicious! (I think it was the Vietnamese sauce, but I can’t remember for sure). The Poke bowl was very fresh and my wife loved it. Tried several cocktails and all of them were fantastic. Would highly recommend this place for a date night or any occasion.
