The people who work here are lying scums. I live about 10 miles from this Winn Dixie and they had a propane tank special at $17. I recently moved and bought a bbq grill, and was in need of a tank. So I went to this place, and once I got there the lady told me that "the truck didn't pass by" and to come the next day. So the next day comes and I pass by and the assistant service area manager looks at me and tells me there's no propane that the truck hasn't passed. But one of the workers jump out and say " I saw the truck pass earlier " and he looks at her with a face like saying " don't you dare " and she goes outside, and comes back and says " no there's no more " and they tell me that the truck hasn't passed because of " the holidays ". Then some red head that was with a customer, leaves the customer and says that there's no propane when it wasn't even her business in the first place. So, i purchase some stuff I needed, I go to the self checkout and the machine kept calling the service guy over, and I was about to pay and it says " help is on the way ". The guy comes, looks at the errrors the machine put, and looks at my groceries for about 5 min. And he says " you did this wrong ". First of all, I'm not a cashier, the machines at Home Depot are not as problematic as the ones here! The guy was looking at me like if I was going to steal groceries which I was literally about to pay for! And was giving me attitude about it. Then the red head was following me around and giving me faces like if I had done something wrong. I will NEVER come back here! The tanks were full because I saw them with my own eyes. They probably just didn't want to give me the special and sell them for a higher price. DONT EVER COME FOR...
Read moreThis review to this business from my visit yesterday evening is based on the following categories: quality of products, prices, cleanliness, customer service, and extra service.
Quality of products 1/1: The meat, chicken, and sea food purchased seem fresh (I hope they stay that way and when cooking them as well).
Prices 1/1: Very affordable prices with an excellent promotion towards the meat!
Cleanliness 1/1: Despite of being busy, the store was looking sharply neat!
Customer service 1/1: Even though the cashier wasn't at her best mood in the front-end, the attention received from the meat department was exceptional, while rescuing this category successfully.
Extra service 1/1: Although the meat department was closed, the butcher still helped me getting some of that meat in promotion!
This business is highly recommended for groceries (especially meat, chicken, and sea food), and it's assumed that hopefully it will remain the...
Read moreGood deals on some items and depending on the weekly ad. Watch out on the produce, my yucca was nice on the outside but diseased inside... also careful on major discounts on items that get marked down, most items are expired or expiring soon. Staff is okay.. most don’t acknowledge the customer unless they already know you. The managers don’t care if the store is run down and dirty. The shopping carts are horrid.. with the pandemic they don’t offer customers a cleaning station. On my visit I by passed the produce as I noticed a few people coughing with mask but touching produce with gloves. Also, if you go pass 10 am that fresco y mas on Eureka and 114 is going to be jam packed. There’s no way to social distance and it doesn’t help that the majority of the shoppers don’t practice the social distancing guidelines they be all over your space. I would’ve given more stars but that fresco needs to clean up, dirty from the front...
