National Cakes Bakery — Restaurant in Goulds

This is my all time favorite breakfast spot. I get a large cafe con leche and a cuban toast. Fills me up for just $3.21 (they have since added a 5 dollar minimum credit/debit card charge). Only 1 lady speaks good english so if you dont speak spanish you may have a hard time ordering but the other ladies will work with you to make sure you get what you want. The layout is weird, you walk and order at the counter with the coffee machine behind it, they give you a ticket and your food, then you walk to the register. I've been going for over 20 years great place. Don't know what happened to the quality of workers there. I came in patiently waited because they were dancing and having a good time. But me being respectful and waiting didnt pay off I was skipped by 2 people and as I tell the lady who seen me come in first, she turns and says "ah dont worry one of them take care of you". This bakery is by far one of the worst I’ve encountered in a while. The women that work there are super disrespectful to all clients. It amazes me how you can treat a paying customer like straight garbage. And speaking of garbage, I saw 2 roaches crawl by and the workers simply just brushed them away. DISGUSTING.
