Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

I arrived to this Burger King location after a long work day. I went through drive through. I ordered a double impossible whopper/cheese with large onion rings and a bottle of water. I had to repeat my order to the server 4 TIMES!!! Seems as though he was preoccupied. When I arrived to the window to pay he didn’t repeat my order. I might have been charged less than what I was supposed to have paid which was in my favor I suppose. When I gave him my payment method he was looking away and didn’t even focus on what he was doing. Once i paid he gave me a small soft drink which wasn’t even what I ordered 🤦🏽‍♀️. I asked him, “what did I order?” he seemed confused. The drive through personal then asked what I ordered AFTER I paid. Then another worker walked up behind him whom I presumed was the manager he had a bag containing my order and then repeated my order back to me, as though he knew that things were obviously off. Once my order was given to me I asked for some ketchup and he the handed me he ketchup without actually handing me the ketchup if that makes since🤷🏽‍♀️. This is absolutely the worst Burger King I've ever been to and Burger King is my favorite restaurant. The staff is a bunch of high school jerks who are too arrogant to even show even the least bit of customer service skills. When you ask them for something they scrutinize how you call it because if you don't call it specifically how they knew it to be called they'll tell you it doesn't exist and that you have to get something else and then just modify it to be what you're asking for, even though any other Burger King will understand what you're saying and just put it in the system without having to give you an explanation or debate with you on what to call your own order. At any given time that you come to this place it is dead. why is it dead? because of the staff! they are horrible and they should all be fired and they should start fresh with a new set of staff and make sure that they're old enough to have the maturity level to treat customers with respect instead of talking down to them like they're idiots. This is why no one wants to hire teenagers anymore, they destroy businesses with their ignorance...

Very sad 😔 I went tonight and ordered food for myself and my kids. I ordered a whooper without bread only cheese onions and lettuce they never gave me it. They gave me a free whooper with a coupon I had I said no bread only onions cheese and lettuce on that one too and they gave me it with no cheese and everything else on it, even on bread it was old and dry. Then my kids chicken Jr sandwich was harder than a rock and old and the chicken nuggets were about a hour old so hard and dry for my autistic son who couldn't even eat them leaving them untouched. The young man at the window was very nice but my food was not all there and not fresh as I asked for it. I waited about 15 minutes for my food expecting it to be fresh. I tried to call but the phone lines don't work. I will be returning back tomorrow and will ask for my food to be replaced...
