If I could give no stars and warn yall about them stealing your money I would. So I ordered pizza in the app as always. Everything went great, I always give cash tip to drivers because I do uber and other apps and I know sometimes they take tips. So I been waiting for the charge to clear in my bank. I wake up this morning to find out they over charged me on my card, by $20. I call the store and the manager said the driver said I added the tip to the card. I said I have a ring doorbell and have what happen on camera. Then she says oh am so sorry this happened. I can give u a store credit. I said no I am calling the bank to dispute the charge. I asked her how many other people she has allowed her drivers to do this to. She said no this has never happened. I said lies because u told me I added the tip to the receipt when I told you I have a camera proving I didn't you said sorry. We order a big dinner box for our family, they called twice to say the driver was on the way. From the time they called it took about 20 mins for the driver to arrive. We were on the balcony waiting for the driver. When the driver pulled into the parking lot and parked he stumbled out of his car and threw a beer bottle on the floor, came upstairs with the pizza took the cash and left. When we opened the box inside the pizza was not even intact. We called to complain about how we received the pizza for them to just question the driver. We know things are hard and we were not going to mention anything about what we noticed until the driver decided to lie and said we opened it in front of him and said it was good. Ordered a big dinner box with easy on the sauce for both cheese pizzas. Received both pizzas with a normal amount if not a little over on the sauce. Called for a small pizza or to resolve the issue since my kids had already had a few slices I didn’t think it was fair for me to ask for a whole other pizza box. First I was told that is the amount of measurement they use for the sauce when it is requested light. First of all I think I would know given I’ve ordered from that same store for the past 19 years what light sauce is. First phone call I was hung up on and on the second phone call I was passed to a Michelle who claimed to be the “manager”.
