This new business in Grafton is coming in strong with friendly service and great products. I hope they keep it up! I love the new variety offered by this warehouse/hardware/garden store. Because it's new, everyone is going excited, friendly, and eager to help you while you're shopping. I like that so I hope it's not temporary (hint hint).
The store is pet friendly and they have a huge pet shop inside. You'll probably find your favorite foods and toys for your fur babies in bulk sizes here. There are lots of toys for the two legged babies in your life too as the store has a big toy section almost at the front door -- easy for "Santa's helpers" to discover little hearts' desires!
There's housewares at reasonable prices and lots of warm sturdy clothing that's not found in too many stores around here. The flannel lined jeans and shirts are the same quality found at the Wool Mill in West Bend! Now, I can get it closer to home at similar prices without using so much gas!
I love the location because I can grocery shop at nearby stores, hit up Ace Hardware across the street, dive into the candy shop downtown, or stop at Goodwill next door. There's all kinds of boutiques and I can even have lunch at one of the bars or Colectivo, The New Whiskey restaurant, or a sweet from the cake shop. If there's time, a Mani/Pedi can fill out the day and a massage at Blue Sky.
That's the way to shop at Farm &...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was in the store looking for a part for my snowblower. My rating is not based on product, service or prices. My complaint is about a manager. I walked around the aisle twice to get her name. Ashley, and I know she was a manager because I asked and she told me she was the manager. My problem is her unprofessional approach to her co-workers or employees. I saw her talking down to a kid working to the point where I felt she would be a good candidate for anger management and some communication classes. She is a bully and has let a title of manager go to her head or something. Her conduct towards this kid was uncalled for, she needs to learn how to communicate to people and employees. Really, Blainās this is the reason I could be taking my business elsewhere. In this day and age where employees are hard to find, she should communicate better, maybe use leadership skills and teach was she expects. But her conduct...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot a bad store, just employees who would rather be working elsewhere or not at all. Store was not really busy and employees were gathered in groups of 2-3 in aisles and at check lanes, talking with each other, with topics like; "where are we going to lunch?". Never greeted in-store at entry or asked if we needed help at anytime during our shopping experience. I was having some trouble with self check-out and employees continued talking with each other. I was in Automotive area and asked where "garden tools" were. The response was "over there in seasonal", and continued talking with each other. It was 3 aisles over and one of they could have walked me over. All in all, not a great way to "Grand Open" a store. Employee's are clearly not trained in customer service, with zero friendliness and...
