Cruz Thru Inc — Local services in Graham

I used to frequent this Cruz-Thru a lot but haven't in a while. I went there today for just a few items and didn't recognize the employees there. They were very rude with no smiles, greetings, or even a "thank you"when I paid (nevermind that one of the items he gave me wasn't the right one) the employee (a young man in his late teens?) even made a face when he told me it was $5 and I handed him exact change, as if he expected a tip or something. He didn't offer me a receipt and just turned and walked away. I told him to have a good day and I barely got a response. I used to always tip the guy who used to work there because he was so nice and seemed to work hard, but this kid seemed to really have an attitude problem. As someone who has worked in customer service for 10 years, I was really offended. It isn't that hard to smile and say "have a nice day" and there was no excuse for it. I will not be going back there unless I know they have improved their customer...

I have always had a good experience going through this store. The staff is always friendly and very eager to get to your car and complete your order. This last time, they were running a special on coke products that I had gotten several times before. This particular day, they had sold out of Dr. Peppers and the guy knew exactly when they would have more and even put some on "hold" for me to pick up when they came in. I feel like that is customer service at its best! I don't mind driving past 10 other stores and 3 exits up the highway just to go...

Our family loves this fun and convenient shop along our route home! The staff gets you in and out in no time flat, and they're all courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We've gotten some really good deals on our favorite sodas and appreciate that, as one team member told us, the milk price on the marquee outside matches the lowest known cost for milk in town.
