We visited on opening day,sure they have things to not go as perfect as they thought but that's to be expected on opening day. We were greeted nicely and had the option to sit where we wished. Good and polite workers even the new and old owners were present helping each other especially when equipment and other things weren't operating as they should have been. Menu is a little different than the normal but if you want simple 2 eggs and bacon or what ever just ask them for it.the city even had a main water break and the water had to be shut off to the local area for hours but they were willing to stay open and serve and provide what they could.the food looked good coming out of the kitchen and the entree that we choose was good especially for the 1st day opener. It is actually owned by a Honduran family and the food is authentic. I didn’t know how to pronounce some of the menu items (lol) , but the food was very scrumptious. I was glad we tried it. We met the owner who is also head cook and we meet the family who was waiting tables and running the place. Everyone here is delightful. The other customers were happy to be here. The food was authentic and delicious. Maduros were outstanding and cooked just right. This is the best asada I've ever had. It was so tender and flavorful.
