Horrible horrible customer service.it’s a shame that a franchise like this can possibly fall because of the employees they hire.they need to fire everyone working there and hire and train new staff.Ghetto, and very disrespectful workers. They have no respect for customers and they don’t care about manners.First time I went here the intercom was still on and overheard female employee asking another employee “we got more chicken, just that one that’s been sitting on the counter?”..I overheard and said no thank you and left.Like I want old food sitting on a counter.mind you they had nothing I asked for on the menu.so I left.went there yesterday and they were talking on the intercom laughing and chatting instead of taking my order right away.went again today and female employee was very rude to me.I placed an order with a young male and he was overcharging me by $4 and I said I was there yesterday ordering the same thing and that’s not what I paid.Female employee possibly manager comes over and says maybe the price went up.I explained I was there yesterday and I paid such and such amount and she tries to shut me up while I’m speaking and says “I heard you”..she’s rolling her eyes giving me attitude and I’m like yeah I was here yesterday and paid $6…she rudely and loudly says I heard you the first time..I say you don’t have to give me an attitude and she says “I already heard you the first time”..the boy then says “I can’t deal with people” talking about me.I’m about to pay and the female says”I wasn’t giving you an attitude but I said I heard you the first time and proceeds to argue with me”she turns to try and cancel my order and then asked the young boy “do we even have any more”?(pies that I ordered) and he asked the back and they all looking around not answering so I said “forget it cancel my order.and walked out.this place is a joke.after seeing all the negative reviews why is this place still open ?they need new management and training and new staff that have a positive attitude.if you don’t like working fast food and can’t deal with people then do everyone a favor and don’t work there.it’s a shame this is the only Popeyes in my neighborhood.I won’t ever be going there again.I’ll take my business to Bojangles.atleast their employees...
Read moreI'll try to make a long story short-ish. I went here about a month ago and had the worst fast food experience of my life. Waited at half an hour while watching zombie-like workers shuffle in the kitchen with cars wrapped around the building. Among various other issues, the chicken nuggets I got were inedible. The oil smelled rancid and old, and after one bite I knew my dinner would have to be thrown away. Before writing a review, I filled out their survey. I was contacted by someone and eventually given three $5 vouchers for my poor experience. Now, my meal cost over $18, so getting $15 back wasn't ideal; this is part of what's keeping the score from going past a 3. I would have hoped for a full refund, PLUS something for my trouble, but at least they did something at all for me.
So, today I used my vouchers and had a much better experience. I got through the drive through reasonably efficiently this time, and the person taking orders was friendly and energetic. The person at the window was also pleasant. There were signs up apologizing about being out of certain things, and asking customers to pay with exact change or use a card, so obviously there still needs to be some improvement. Also, I handed over my $15 in vouchers for my $12-ish meal and got no form of change, so another small but frustrating loss. However, the nuggets this time were very fresh and nice. The fries were pretty soggy but not cold - I'm not sure if that's just how they offer them, or if it's another place for improvement, as they seem to always come this way.
I did have another good experience here earlier in the year, which helps my rating. However, this place still needs improvement, and I believe the people in charge of the restaurant group do as well. Thankfully though, between my most recent visit and the disastrous one before it, I saw some good improvement. Luck? Perhaps. But I finally got...
Read moreSo I went here yesterday. They charged me almost 14.00 for a meal. When I questioned it a manager popped on with his rude attitude. Charged me 12.00? Usually 8 to 9.00 pulled forward no one talked to me. Not one asked me how I was, nothing. No customer service, period. The Manager walked away grumbling. I ask for Sweet tea with no ice. I got unsweetened with ice. No utensils. The service was absolutely the worst. They Pushed my food out the window. After all that the food was cold which if the health department would have checked those temperatures they would have failed. . I threw most of the meal away. This location continues to have issues especially with service. I Love Popeyes. I just came from Duke earlier in the day for cancer treatments and thought I would treat myself, trying to get something on my stomach. It was a major failure! From the moment I pulled up to place my order to the end, to the food. The attitude of the staff is poor and unprofessional. Long hair in the food. Not practicing safe conditions. Someone with cancer issues has to be careful. I won't be going back with the service and the quality of the food? It is a waste of money. It is not inviting at all. The parking lot was completely empty. They had 1 car before me that left 5 minutes earlier? I guess they don't need customers. Really said to see the decline of a Popeyes like this. You go to the one in Raleigh on Western Blvd. Their food is hot, and wonderful and excellent service, they always have a smile or small talk. They are fast. Unfortunately I don't go that way as often. The Graham location needs to take directions from the Western Blvd location. What a shame! Better fix those temperatures or that could be a problem in my opinion. Bojangles is right next door, is...
