Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Graham

So an order is called in but it doesn’t help they use some automated service. We respectfully declined to have an order for $37 on just 2 plain pepperoni and cheese pizza. Low and behold lady shows up awhile later at the house. We said we didn’t place the order and they never should have come out. Being my children were hungry and at their grandparents as their grandpa is dying, we paid for the pizza to keep the kids happy and called back to the store. They ate a few pieces so evidently the manager “Joe” does not care and said we had to bring the product back. With diesel prices at almost $6.00 a gallon we are super disappointed and the customer service is terrible. The call is “recorded for quality purposes” and asked diligently for them to pull the recording where we did not want this. Hard to say no when kids are hungry and they are trying to visit their dying grandfather. Thankfully Dominos showed up with an “actual” pizza and great customer service. 3 medium for $26 is a no brainer especially when it’s a better product. As a service manager I find this crude and disrespectful place to be a extremely disappointment as a “restaurant” service provider...

I'm very disappointed with the way our food was handled from the delivery driver. Her name is Elizabeth she had put our pizza and drink in the trunk of her car instead putting in the front seat where it should've been in the first place. You never put cooked food in the trunk of the car under any circumstances!!!! My husband called to the pizza to make a complaint and he spoke to the manager, she was extremely rude when he said that he didn't like the fact that the delivery person had put our food in the trunk of the car and I watched her pull out of the trunk of her car. The manager said to him "I put it in the door dash bag." It doesn't matter if the food was in the delivery bag you don't put cooked food in the trunk of the car period!!! My husband was being as nice as possible to the manager and she copped an attitude with him on the phone when he said he had a problem with the delivery driver putting the food in the trunk of the car. Also our food was cold it wasn't hot at all. My husband and I would like the district managers...

This is disappointing, it really is. I used to LOVE pizza hut! When I moved to this area 3 years ago this location had good food. It started going down hill and because I love Pizza hut, I kept giving them a try. But, it just kept getting worse. Food delivered cold, pizza slices sliding all over the box when delivered, greasy fingers prints and hand prints all over the boxes and now... now... pasta delivered with no cover, pasta sauce taste bland like generic brand food or hospital food, and the chicken taste like cardboard. I always tip the drivers because they are always sweet, nice and smiling. But the food at this location is horrible. I'm sorry but this cold flavorless pasta with the cardboard chicken will be the last time that I order from this location. I gave ya'll 3 years and it just get worse and worse. Management, no need to reach out to me, just do better for future orders from...
