I go in all the time. Good prices since change over to 31 cannabis. Staff is enjoyable, every visit I make is pleasant.
This was my old review with 5 stars. I used to like doing business with this company. Unfortunately for them they treat there customers not good and I will not go back there. There are 2 more stores in town now that won't belittle you for trying to hold them to their pricing. I have screen shots of all this but basically twice the past month their online website has advertised a certain deal and when I go in to get my order im told its more then what their website says. And the choice of words from the cashier were very poor. He literally said "you've tried to pull this a couple times". All ive tried to do is get YOU guys to honor YOUR price shown online. This is the poorest of poor customer service. It isn't the customers fault when your company screws up your online pricing/website. AVOID THIS STORE. There are multiple other places you can go and not be treated like crap for trying to get the price THEY show. Ive included two pictures of what my order was suppose to be. Which they eventually honored, but not before making me feel like "im trying to pull something". He tried to tell me 61 dollars at first, then tried to tell me 53 or something like that. On sunday Sunday its 31% off a full price item. So 31% off the 25$ one, then the other one was marked 50% on its own. No deal clicked or anything. So that 37.25 plus tax. It's not rocket science. Non of the arguing over the price or belittling the customer was needed here, just for you guys to hold true to your online prices. If you dont want to sell lsf grams for half off then please change the listing and stop false advertising and then making the customer feel bad about it. Thats bad business.

Read moreI used to love this dispensary. Went here all the time actually switched dispensaries due to this ones quality. They were holding a deal over the winter that you could win “free” deals on the scratch and win tickets went in three times and they were out of edibles. They then expired. I went in again to see if the company would honor the deal since they could see my visit history. I was told by the bud tender that it was my fault for not coming in a fourth time to see if they would honor the coupon again.

Not only was the manager Kennedy so polite and respectful she was very understanding. Kennedy definitely won me back at their business. Read moreI have been to grand haven, exit 9, and Saugatuck stores dozens of times and spent thousands and I have to tell you I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at these stores. I am a medical patient and bought 3 carts for 100 dollars and one of the carts was completely malfunctioned and leaked all over and was defective out of the box. I called explained what happened to customer service manager, took pictures and wrote a detailed email. She told me they would correct it and I would hear back. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have heard nothing back. I am a medical patient with extreme health issues and when buying products worth this much money this is no way to treat loyal customers.
