Totally fun experience today shopping at the Fashion Forward consignment shop! Wonderfully spacious showroom with great displays, which made it easy to find items. A variety of clothing for all occasions including jewelry, belts, bags & shoes making it easy to put together a great outfit for a great price! Retail staff was welcoming & helpful gatherings up the items as I pulled them from the racks & set them up in a cute roomy dressing room for when I was ready to try them on. Not only did I purchase a great pair of white slacks, breezy summer blouse and coral shorts, but found the perfect pair of turquoise shorts to go with a top I had at home. I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed by my experience! The selection of items varies—there’s a great mix of gently used clothing. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the items. I found a pair of Athleta pants that I really like.

What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the items in the store. They were able to point me in the right direction for the types of things and the size I was looking for.

Kind of an odd store. Consignment payback is in store-credit only, and the prices for the items they offer for sale are pretty high. Hit or miss on value. For a lot of items, at that price you might as well just buy new. Style seems to target the 40yr+ crowd. Some business casual available, but also has a little bit of everything. Staff was friendly enough though, and it was clean and organized. In summary- whether you're a buyer or a consigner, I just don't see the benefit here. You'd be better off perusing Goodwill and keeping an eye out for your favorite brands there. $4-5 for a used shirt...
