Horrible experience! My wife purchased a swimsuit and the cashier failed to remove a security tag. We didn’t notice until we got home and came back 3 days later. We never got a receipt because of us living out of town and went back to have them remove the tag.

Their manager was so incredibly rude and unhelpful, we brought the swimsuit in original bag with the credit card used to purchase the item and a virtual confirmation. Their manager proceeded to tell us it was our fault for not getting a receipt and that we would have to wait for her to get an email from corporate to remove the security tag. She then proceeded to argue with us and have us leave the store with the tag still intact to the swimsuit. Don’t worry Gliks, you can remove security tags with the same bags your items come in.

Future notice, if we were gonna steal an item I wouldn’t have come back to get a tag off, please think about hiring a manger with a few brain cells and that doesn't blame the customers for their cashiers not removing...

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I tried to return a pair of cheaply made sandals, but they wouldn’t take them back because they were only worn for a couple hours. The sales associate and even the manager argued with me when I told them that the sandals were defective. I showed them the soles of the sandals. The soles of the sandals are like Velcro. They pick up hair and fuzz everywhere. I can’t wear them like that. I was treated rudely and both ladies were disrespectful. So now I’m stuck with a pair of sandals I can’t wear. I have been a Glik’s customer at this location and other locations for years. I will never shop the Grand Haven location again. The Rockford Glik's is much nicer and the staff...

Horrible customer service. I will never shop here again and will take my business elsewhere. Had pointed out I was over charged on an item marked half off. (Even showed the cashier how to do simple math calculation of 50 percent off+sales tax.) Her response was the system calculated the amount and I could buy it or not. I chose not with the rude remark. Shoppers please do the math before you buy items...
