I have always gone into the store and picked out what I would like to lease until its paid for most of the time I pay the cash price and sometimes I take the lease out to full term. my experience has always been top notch service and quality products. I have recently started using the website and online lease products. i love it. never had a problem and will continue to use this service. thank you for being so professional and prompt with this service. Update time - it's been almost 20yrs now and still leasing things that make life easier. Still as satisfied as I was all those years ago. I still have a lot of the things that are now paid off. This speaks to the quality of merchandise that Aarons leases. Mr. Dan the store manager is a kind and understanding individual he treats everyone employees and customers like family and it's what keeps a lot of us coming back. Ashley is the true backbone of this location. She always answers the phone with a great attitude. I just let her know what I'm looking for and she handles everything. I just sign the paperwork when they arrive with what ever I requested. Recently it was yard equipment. I went with the battery operated mower, weed Wacker and blower. She found exactly what I was looking for for and had it on my doorstep within a day or two. Awesome customer service.the drivers are so knowledgeable about the products when they arrive and set up. Purchase a washer and dryer a few months ago I Was making my payments on time and Was for the most part happy. Well some very unexpected serious health issues occured Which ended up causing me to be admitted into the hospital. Staff ended up calling me harassing me to give them detail exactly what was going on demanding me to tell them when I would be expected to be home. At this time I was very upset and not feeling well at all but Staff acted like I was enjoying being in the hospital. As we all know, it's never known when someone is being released from the hospital until about 24 hours ahead Of discharge. Once I was released from the hospital I Called and communicated that I was finally home. I told them I would try my hardest to get into Is the store to make a payment ASAP. Well not even 36 hrs after being released form the hospital I was rushed back to the hospital.Things got worse and went septic. Staff proceeded to call and was so rude and inconsiderate and basically thought I was only telling them lies. It was so crazy that they think that there washer dryer set was that more important where I could make something up being that serious He claimed to be the store manager And told me we all have problems we are dealing with and He would just see me in court .Woooow so very...

I recently went in and leased a sectional. When it was delivered to my place it was ripped and the legs were stripped. So the driver took pics and I was called by the store and they said don't worry we will fix it. Actually they decided to just switch out the piece for a new piece just like it. A week goes by and they call and say they discontinued the piece we have and that they can have it go to a repair shop for indefinite amount of days or we can find a different piece. So they don't have much for sectionals and now I have to pay way more per month for the only piece we could find and when I looked over this piece it was ripped as well. So now the are replacing a section on that piece. I'm am so angry that all I wanted was a couch I liked and pay what I could afford. Now I'm waiting for another messed up piece to be fixed and I have to pay more than I can afford every month all because of them bringing a broken piece to me. I am far from happy and don't think I should have to pay a price I can't afford because u messed up. I think I should be given the new piece for the price I got the broken initial piece for that the contract was signed for.
