I really do enjoy this store but be careful if you are selling stuff to them because they will not always go through it depending on who’s working…They said they had to pass on every item in 3 whole trash bags full and I went to look at the bags and 2 out of the 3 bags were not touched, you could tell because I double knotted them and put everything in there a specific way and it was the exact same as I left it. When I went to drop them off, the lady working had said that they were extremely busy and that It would be like a four hour wait, and so we waited four hours just to find out that they only went through one bag and not the other two… and if you’re that busy then that’s fine, I completely understand but don’t make me wait 4 hours just for me to find out that you looked at 1 bag. It’s extremely aggravating because I sat around waiting for 4 hours just to find out that they didn’t even really give my stuff a chance…Again, I know that they didn’t go through the other two because I put stuff in there a specific way, and had a Lounge fly backpack in there and none of it was touched, nor were the knots undone on the bags/cut like the one they went through, so they went through one bag… I would recommend not getting your hopes up when it comes to them actually looking at your stuff when...

I wouldn’t even rate this store unless it was under new management. Current manager appears to be unprofessional, rude with customers as well as staff from past and current employees. I highly suggest she consider bettering her education with a professional business degree before being placed in a position that in my opinion is jeopardizing the business name and it’s entity at this time. Every time you go into the store there is always new faces which shows lack of promoted work ethics and proves instability within the business, especially under hard times as experienced in last 18 months. I for one am not impressed and they have lost my business. Some of the individuals that have been employed there have left due to the unprofessionalism by current manager. Not everyone should be hired based on their looks alone. Ironic how all employees have similar appearance . Work ethic and procedure following, attendance and promoting team work is what should be considered as well as an upkept professional appearance. Shoppers like familiarity not high turnover volume. I make it a point to stop here every time I'm in Grand Junction. I can update my wardrobe for a fraction of what it would cost otherwise. I'm so glad that they're selective about what they bring in to the store and don't purchase substandard items. I never have to worry about finding outdated Coach handbags here with $75 price tags on them like you would at a consignment shop. This is one of the few places I can find the cut, color, style, inseam, and size of designer jeans that I prefer to wear without spending $150 a pair. This store is also the ONLY place I've ever been able to find quality men's resale clothing that actually fits my husband, he has a 26" waist. I recommend this store to my friends and co-workers every time I hear they're going to Utah or Palisade, it's clean, the employees are helpful, and the environment is very welcoming.
