If I could give this location no stars I would. We ordered online for a curbside pickup. We arrived at projected time tonight and parked in the curbside pickup spot. Called the number listed on the sign to let them know of our arrival. Spoke to an employee that stated our food would be brought out to us shortly. It was not busy at the location at this time. We waited 45 minutes for our food to be brought out before my husband went inside to see what was the hold up. When he went inside they handed him our order. It was sitting in the back of the house the whole time. He was assured it was all there. When he brought it out to the vehicle, we looked through it and realized the most expensive dish (husbands order) was missing. We also noticed that all the food was lukewarm at best. My order was completely cold. My husband proceeded to go back inside to get his order. We had to wait 15 minutes for it to be finished. All the while the rest of the food became cold. To compensate us for the mistake they threw in more biscuits. Part of the order was for an elderly couple that we help with daily tasks because they are not mobile. We had to deliver their food cold. Upon arriving home we noticed another side order of ours was missing. Yes, it was our fault for not catching before we left the parking lot of this location. But, it was the locations mistake for not completing the order correctly. They did not care that our food was cold when it was given to us and they did not care about the condition of the food that was given to us would be in by the time the missing order was made. Extra biscuits do not make up for the extremely subpar service we got tonight. I have never had to make such a harsh review. We did not ask for reimbursement of our meal or cause a scene. This is not in our nature. We did however want to let this location know that we are very displeased with our service and treatment and the fact we did not get food we paid for. We have been to this lcation at least 3 other times and had pleasant experiences. this time was nothing like those times. To Start, when we arrived there was a waiting area full of people and only the 1 hostess on the phone, while it can be understandle that she was handling the guest from what i can tell that had questions about Order Pick Up; the hostess put them on hold and handed off the phone to a co worker and exclaimed with in earshot of the room of guests "I'm not dealing with that!"...not professional. Then we got seated in a fairly timely manner, once we ordered our food our server didn't check in as we waited seeing if we wanted refills on our drinks or anything else, just in a quick and hurried fashion said our food was being plated. okay, fine, whatever, but then we get our food, my wifes entire dish was cold, and one of the lobster tails seemed just a bit undercooked. my dish, the salmon was fine buyt my lobster tail was luke warm and rubbery, the broccoli side i ordered wasn't fully cooked either. the flight of margarita i ordered was tastey but i would hardly consider it an adult beverage. some hours late that night i had horrible issues that greatly impacted my sleap. this is not the same staff and sevice and quality that i was expecting for what they charge from my previous visits, and while my wife's meal was removed from our bill, what we still paid was not worth it! Read morePersonally, I loved my experience at Red Lobster the food was really devious. Our waiter, Matt, was extremely friendly. He made my husband and I feel like the only two customers in the entire restaurant. When I went to place my order I was ordering the Seaman's plates with scallops and he was very apologetic they were out and that he didn't let us know sooner which wasn't a problem for me cuz I had my eye on two different plates. The food was delicious as We asked for boxes to take our meals home, Matt didn't just bring us one box each, he brought us several to go boxes because they were relatively small in size. But we love how Matt anticipated what we would need continue to check in on us and make sure everything was good and we were pleased with our meal. We spent quite a bit of money there, but we knew that we were going to spend a decent amount of money. And we also got two of the more expensive plates my husband got the lobster tail with filet mignon and I got one of the seafarers meal with lobster tail and scallops and two different types of shrimp plus our calamari appetizer. Matt was also awesome with my drink preference I asked for a non-alcoholic Margarita if that would be a problem and he very excitedly let me know no problem and had it out and it was very good.
