I had an incredibly disappointing and concerning experience tonight. I brought my wife and two small kids to play on the bounce houses. My 5 year old daughter ran on to the attraction that spins with two banana arms that kids can jump or duck under. One of the arms got caught on a kid and when he moved it flung forward and hit my daughter square on the nose, and I was surprised to see it left a sizable mark that she will probably have a black eye from. I went to inspect the arms since I didn’t think an inflatable could injure her as badly as it did and found that the tip where it is sewn together is almost rock hard. I was concerned that this could hurt other kids so I brought it up to the general manager, Sam, and she was very defensive with me about it. I was simply trying to show her a hazard that she might not be aware of that could really hurt other kids like it did to mine and her comments were more or less that this is a “play at your own risk facility” and that if my kid got hurt then I should leave the attraction. We had just barely gotten there so I said her whole response was un-empathetic towards a child that was hurt and a parent that was trying to point out a hazard, but that is like a refund and we’d go to which she replied she would absolutely not give any refunds, it’s play at your own risk and unfortunate that my kid got hurt but that it happens all the time. After that I took my phone out to take pictures of the area and attraction because it appeared to be under inflated as they had closed the area and were blowing it back up. As soon as I started to take pictures and record she freaked out and demanded I leave, stated I was now trespassing, and immediately got her phone out and called the police! There were numerous concerning things about how the ride was being operated, and safety protocols that were not being followed, and when I brought those up the general manager calls the cops on me?! I asked her to send an officer so i could make a report and that I’d wait outside. While waiting outside I expressed my frustrations at how the entire situation was being handled when I was only trying to point out a hazard that was unsafe that they might not know about. She admitted that quite a few kids have gotten hurt and smacked in the face by this machine, so this isn’t the first time she has probably dealt with an upset parent, and would explain why she was so defensive. In trying to articulate the concerns I had she stated that I didn’t know what I was talking about because I’m not an “inflatables expert” and that she had better things to do. It doesn’t take an expert to see how my child was injured. Or to notice that part of an inflatable that is rock hard when the rest is soft and the hard part catapults forward is a big safety issue. That a ride operator that isn’t following safety protocols (attraction under inflated, about 7-8 kids playing when the max allowed is 4, kids need to stand in certain places that was never explained or enforced, to name a few) and ensuring that kids are playing in a safe manner on an attraction that requires an operator isn’t safe. Also interesting that she saw the attraction was not inflated as it should so she immediately had them airing it up and then had a massive freak out when I took my phone out to document. Yes, I may not be an inflatables expert, but admittedly neither was she, and it doesn’t take an expert to see common sense issues. Incredibly disappointed and concerned that this has been an issue for other families and that management has not fixed it, from the tone of my conversation tonight they have no intentions to fix it, and that the general manager Sam had the audacity to call the police on my and my family when I voiced my concerns. This is incredibly negligent and I’ll be reaching out to others in the community to see how many other kids have been hurt. Maybe a class action will be needed to ensure that our kids aren’t subjected to unknown safety hazards.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s birthday at your location. The staff made her feel special by recognizing her day and giving her unlimited play, which really added to the experience—thank you for that! I did want to share a little feedback about the rewards program and signage on walls. The sign on the wall, especially the one by the food bar windows, show $15 unlimited play from 11–4 on Tuesdays was clearly displayed and permanent. Unfortunately, when we asked about it, and walked with staff over to it, it wasn’t honored and we were told that it’s fall now and not accurate. We are still on summer break from school, it’s not fall yet. It was a bit confusing since the signage seemed permanent, and we weren’t sure why it didn’t match what was being offered. By the time I got a break and was able to take a photo of the sign, they had put this temporary sign up. Prices are supposed to be offered as listed and that is the core issue here. I couldn’t believe they changed the sign and didn’t honor what it clearly said. We spent about $375 on activities and arcade games, but the rewards app only credited $11 for the two drinks we bought. It looks like none of the gameplay was picked up for rewards, so we missed out on nearly $40 of free play that would have made a big difference. We did mention a couple of things to staff, like games locking up and the sign details, but the issues weren’t really resolved when it came to signage and rewards. Overall, we had a fun birthday outing, but the rewards system left us feeling a little disappointed compared to the great time we had otherwise. I’m sharing this in hopes it can help smooth things out for families like ours who love visiting.

We have had many Birthdays and Sundays here but the last 2 visits have been very disappointing. We signed up for the birthday club and brought out 11 year old at the end of April to use his free Birthday pass. Our son and a friend whom we paid for waited in line at the race cars because bumper boats were closed and they told us they closed golf because it looked as though it might rain. No one helped him for a good 15 mins so he went to the counter. They told him and get that it's all closed due to the possibility of rain. So they came to us said they had nothing to do and explained what had happened. When I approached the counter the young man claimed he did not say that so I brought both children to the counter to figure out what was going on. The young man admitted that he did day it was closed but now claims he said temporarily. Regardless he already lied to me so I asked for the manager explained the whole situation and the manager said they saw an attendant outside the whole time. This was a young kid and I was not about to argue soon explained that your attendant already addmited to me that he told them they could not use anything outside and that I want a refund because I just paid over $20 for something that is apparently a big hassle to use. The manager said of no I can't do that the can use the cars. At this point I'm pretty up set regardless I paid for everything and it's taken now 30 mins to even get to the point that your saying they can use cars. So I'm back again for my 2 youngest sons birthday they are Irish twins 4 and 5 years old it's July now I was not going to return here but thought I'd give another chance. Long story short the girl says well I can give you their unlimited play pass but they can't use most of they stuff. They can do the bump and jump and games but that's it. So for them to use their pass we have to pay $32 hmm ok so we walk in to the bump and jump area only to find the main attraction is deflated I have picture so again we talked to this time Brian the general mgr and he was very rude and unprofessional. He offered no solution nor did he really care to keep our business. I'm so disappointed I wish I could take back all the money we've spent over all the years we've come here and we...

We used to really love this place but absolutely never again! We decided to host our kids birthday party there, we had 6 children that played and 8 adults who supervised. From parking on it was nothing but a disaster! Parking is ridiculous, there’s no where at all to park. We parked over at Coorstek and hiked over. We get in and the woman we spoke to her name was Sam J., told us we had no reservation for a party and couldn’t find it. She took over 45 minutes and said it would count as the time for the party. We lost an hour for our reservation. No refund, no credits NOTHING. There wasn’t a time that a go cart didn’t break down, we rode 3 times and each time the cart stopped. We switched to lazer tag and the lazer tag room was falling apart! Guns and vest smelled so bad that 3 kids opted not to play, and once we did play there were kids hiding and vaping. The equipment in there was falling apart completely, there’s a space ship like craft in the back that is coming out of the wall and will fall on someone’s kid. We brought it up to her and she said that we signed a waiver and they’re not responsible. She didn’t even acknowledge that it’s going to hurt someone. While we set up lunch random children got into our cake, we set it on the table walked into the arcade turned around to see 3 younger children helping themselves. Again, we went to report this and she said we needed to keep an eye on our things better. We were still in the doorway of their cafe! After all of this our kids didn’t even want to be there. We left an hour early and celebrated in the back yard. This place is horrendous! The manager is an absolute disgrace to the establishment, if she isn’t the manager she really shouldn’t be there. Or should work in back of house until she gets better customer service. We really hope bananas gets better, we have taken them 4yrs in a row and unfortunately this will be the last. Would...
