The Water Store — Local services in Grand Junction

If I could give 0 stars I would. What started out as a great company to work with turns into a terrible company to work with. I always received a text a day prior to delivery. Then suddenly nothing. I called and left a message (no one ever answers directly). Asked if there was a problem and when I might expect my water delivered. No return call or communication. I called again and left another message. Again no return call or text. Finally I received a call asking how many bottles I was exchanging. “The water guy” says they would be there the next day. When I checked, nothing bottles, no Water. Just a note saying the route was filled in my area and I was “terminated”. No direct communication. I have been a loyal customer for months.
