My husband and I went in there last night trying to enjoy a nice meal. Our server was amazing, i sincerely appreciate her, my husband ordered the pork loin and to him it came out undercooked, i waved over a tall black hair man as im sure our other server was busy, i then tell him that my husbands food was undercooked, we even had to look it up just to be sure and we presented it to the tall black haired server with glasses, it was almost like an argument cause he then decides to say “no it’s medium”, and so my husband decides to then say to the arguable server in a kind tone as I’m sitting there watching, that he would prefer it cooked more. They bring out a spare plate to put the “medium” cook pork on and he then takes it to the chef, our female server tries to tell him that she would address the concern to the chef but the other server was just rude and said he would do it. He makes his way to the chef and my husband sat in the corner but I’m sitting right next to the male server and the chef lecture about the food..THIS WENT ON FOR A WHILE TIL THE FOOD WAS DONE BEING COOKED. I’m sorry but that to me is sincerely unprofessional, handle a lecture about someone’s cook choice when no one is around if it’s that much of a big deal for you. Our female server then tried to tell them “everyone has a preference on how they want it done, I know I prefer mine done a certain way,” finishing the conversation and she brings the pork cooked-to my-husbands liking back to us. The only one hot and bothered was the tall man with glasses who wanted to argue about food and the chef. To us if the pork comes out looking a dark shade of pink and cold compared to pork that seems edible and warm, we just won’t eat it. We have had 2 amazing experiences here but sadly our third...

The Winery is an exquisite dining establishment that truly lives up to its name. Nestled in a charming setting with vineyard views, this restaurant offers a delightful culinary journey, highlighted by their delectable lobster bisque and irresistible desserts.

The moment I tasted their lobster bisque, I knew I was in for a treat. The soup boasted a velvety texture and was bursting with the rich flavors of succulent lobster. Each spoonful was a heavenly experience, as the bisque enveloped my taste buds with its creamy and indulgent goodness. The subtle hints of herbs and spices added depth to the dish, creating a harmonious balance of flavors.

When it came time for dessert, The Winery did not disappoint. Their sweet creations were works of art that satisfied both the eye and the palate. From their decadent chocolate mousse to their perfectly baked fruit tarts, each dessert showcased the chef's impeccable skills and attention to detail. The flavors were expertly crafted, with a harmonious blend of sweetness and richness that left me craving for more.

The ambiance of The Winery was equally enchanting. The elegant decor, soft lighting, and breathtaking views of the vineyards created a romantic and intimate atmosphere. The attentive staff provided excellent service, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience was impeccable.

Overall, The Winery is a culinary haven for those seeking refined flavors and an unforgettable dining experience. Their lobster bisque is a must-try, offering a taste of indulgence, while their desserts are the perfect finale to a memorable meal. From the impeccable cuisine to the charming ambiance, The Winery sets the stage for an exceptional dining adventure that will leave you...

Recently while traveling through Colorado we had the distinct pleasure of dining at the Winery Restaurant in Grand Junction, Colorado. It turned out to be the perfect spot for my wife's birthday dinner. The atmosphere al fresco dining was top-notch, creating a cozy and romantic setting that set the stage for a memorable evening.

The food at the Winery Restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish we tried was a culinary delight, bursting with flavors that left our taste buds dancing with joy. It's safe to say that this place takes its food seriously, and it showed in every bite.

Our server, Nathan, was an absolute gem. He was not only gracious and courteous but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the various wines from Colorado. His recommendations were spot on, and we were pleasantly surprised by the local wine selections. Nathan's attentive service truly added to the overall experience.

But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. After we left the restaurant, I realized I had left my credit card behind. To my relief, the Winery Restaurant staff promptly called us to let us know and saved the day. Their honesty and efficiency in handling the situation were truly commendable.

In a nutshell, our experience at the Winery Restaurant was nothing short of fantastic. The ambience, food, and service exceeded our expectations, making my wife's birthday celebration truly special. If you're ever in Grand Junction, Colorado, and looking for a delightful dining experience, this place is an...

A remarkable evening at the Winery Restaurant in Grand Junction! From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere exuded elegance, setting the perfect tone for our date night. Nathan, our waiter, elevated our experience with impeccable service and insightful recommendations that surpassed our expectations. The Deep Fried Macadamia Nut Encrusted Wheel Of Brie was a divine start, its crispy exterior giving way to a creamy, indulgent center that paired flawlessly with the New York flatbreads. My wife's choice, the Pecan, Spinach, and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast, was a symphony of flavors, with each bite revealing layers of succulent chicken, earthy spinach, and tangy goat cheese, all harmonized by the smoky richness of the fire-roasted tomato puree. As for me, the special of the evening—a tenderloin adorned with a tantalizing carrot-Chipotle sauce, resting atop a bed of black bean, corn, and bacon hash—was nothing short of extraordinary. Every element danced on my palate, leaving me in awe of the culinary mastery at play. Nathan's attentiveness and dedication truly made the evening unforgettable, and we made sure to express our gratitude. A five-star experience in every aspect; we can't wait to return for another culinary adventure at the Winery Restaurant!

The food and the service was amazing! This is a more expensive dining option, but you need to consider that not only are you paying for a quality meal, you are also paying for the atmosphere, the skillset of the staff, and the experience as a whole. The food was very well prepared and fresh; we both had steaks (NY strip & filet) that were cooked perfectly to our liking and had great flavor. The desert was amazing! Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us decide on wine that would complement our personal tastes as well as our meals. Dining room had a softer lighting with candles on each table. The atmosphere was calm an relaxing. Now, by all means I do not eat at an establishment like this very often, we are lucky if we do this once a year for a special occasion. We were visiting the area from out of town and wanted to treat ourselves to a little splurge. I will say that the dining experience here was wonderful!

The winery restaurant was a great place to end our trip! We had hiked all day in the arches and made it to Grand Junction pretty late, and had no time to change into nicer clothes. The hostess and servers were extremely kind and attentive. We started with the Macadamia encrusted brie, scallop wrapped in bacon with an apricot red chili glaze, and whitefield mushrooms in garlic butter. One bite of each and we knew we came to the right place. For our mains we had the lamb chops with the winery potatoes and Chilean sea bass. The winery potatoes were worth every bite!! The Chilean sea bass had nice subtle flavors but when paired with the blackened cherry tomatoes, it really took it over the top! The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, we would definitely come back when in the area.
