My family and I were downtown for graduation on May15th it was around 12:30 We were going to go eat as a family I had elderly relatives with us who couldn’t walk very far so we decided to go to eat here. When we walked in it wasn’t very busy there were two tables with two people at each table and there was a group in the back left corner. So we figured they would have room for us we had 14 in our group. A younger gentleman approached us and my son asked if he had room for us and he said no we have a reservation for 30 coming in and he was very rude about it my son asked him if he had room for us on the patio he said I guess so. It was kinda cloudy and a little windy out but we figured they had a covered patio so we would be okay. He and another guy came out and moved some tables together so we would have room for all of us to sit, but it wasn’t under the covered part of the patio. He threw a pile of menus and silverware on the table and walked off. We sat down waiting 20 minutes for someone to come take our drink orders it began to sprinkle and get windy my grandma went to use the restroom while we were waiting and she came back to the table and said that the restroom was gross and the toilets were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned for a while she stated that the floor and the sink was also dirty and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while either. I noticed while we were waiting to be seated on the patio that the floors were dirty and there was quite a bit of dirt and food in the corner where we were standing by the door. We got cold and tired of waiting for someone to come take our orders and we left. It was sad because some of my family had never been there before and...

We gave this restaurant a second try but the service was even worse than the 1st time. Our waiter was so forgetful. We ordered our 3 entrees. Mine was a burger with NO tomatoes because I have an allergy (unfortunately there were tomatoes with my burger) , the 2nd order was a large grilled cheese and he brought only half the sandwich (half order, we ordered a full sandwich) and the 3rd was a burger with ONLY onion, it had everything on it. We waited and waited for him to return so we could tell him about all this. He never came back at all. All 3 of us ordered drinks and he never brought them. So we all ate a little bit of our food and I told another server to pls get our waiter. He still never came. Finally I saw him about 25 mins later and walked across the restaurant to him and told him that we would like our drinks and we didn't get what we ordered. He said he would get the drinks right away. He never did. Finally after another 15 mins of waiting, we asked another waitress for our bill so we could just leave. Our waiter showed up after awhile with our bill. I told him about the issue with our food and how he never brought our drinks. He just said sorry and walked away. That was it. So I paid and left. We hardly ate our food and had no drinks. I thought our 1st visit was bad because of poor customer service (we waited 40 mins for 2 burgers, hardly any fries on plates and food was completely cold, hardly anyone was there so they were not busy at all, i think she just forgot) but this visit was even worse. I expected better at this restaurant. Oh well. I hear the owner owns several restaurants in town, hoping to get better service at another place. Not...

2nd time going here. First was great, today was terrible. Very slow inside, only 3 tables. We waited a very long time to get service, so long that were just about to walk out. Ordered spinach dip, a well done smash burger and a chicken Sammy. Spinach dip showed up cold, got attention of another waitress about it. Came back out microwaved on original setting and was at least warm but some of the pita bread was wet and squishy from water on the carrots and celery. Smash burger showed up barely cooked and more like rare instead of well done as ordered. Made my wife nauseous when she figured it out. Told the waitress and her manager gave us 30% off the spinach dip and 30% off the burger. Which I thought was ridiculous considering what eating out costs today, should have been free.

After the discount it was still almost $40 before tax and tip and that also considers we both drank water - ridiculous really. We will never go back due to bad service and terrible food.

EDIT - called as requested, talked to a manager. The manager told me he would refund me right away. Guess what... been a month and no refund. Don't waste your...

Great experience. Went twice over the holiday weekend. Great happy hour selections. We shared the meatloaf sandwich with fries, bone-in chicken wings, fried pickles, and Devil's Eggs. 5 stars for everything except the deviled eggs. The meatloaf sandwich was filling. I'm glad we shared. You get a BBQ sauce on the side for dipping. The BBQ, although flavorful, seemed to be straight out of a KC Masterpiece jar. The side of fries were crispy and plentiful. The chicken wings were breaded with a crispy outer layers and so saucy, and we tried the teriyaki and buffalo flavors. The fried pickles were a hit! You get a huge portion with ranch on the side. The Devil's Eggs fell flat. Great concept, but the battered and fried egg white shell was chewy and tough. However, the filling piped on top was creamy and garnished with bacon. We also expected the eggs to be spicy, maybe a cayenne pepper kick, but no. Beer selection was huge! Servers were attentive. Basketball games on the TVs. Thanks for having us. We will be back.

100/10 recommend their wings, some of the best we’ve EVER had! So crispy, crunchy and delicious… Just wish they were bigger, ha! The long happy hour (2-7pm daily - I believe) is also such a great incentive to stay longer, watch some sporting events, and enjoy the food/drinks. My partner ordered a Smash Burger which was delicious and I ordered the meatloaf plate, which was tasty (gravy was YUM) but would’ve wanted a different side from the potatoes (though the restaurant recommended them, they were a bit dry and didn’t have too much going on flavor-wise). All in all, we can’t wait to come back here to watch a game and eat some wings!

I've driven and walked by this place for months, and finally had the brilliant idea to try it. Super busy on a Saturday Night, so opted for takeout. Ambience is akin to a sports bar, with tvs on the walls. Loud younger crowd... I must be old. 🤣 Got the Bourbon BBQ Burger…Huge, Juicy patty cooked slightly above med-rare, fresh lettuce, tomato, onions, and.just slathered with grilled onions and messy BBQ sauce, all on a potato bun, did not notice nor taste cheese??Kind, Attentive employees and quick service. Not my favorite burger style, but the food quality and the flavors were nice. Would not recommend. Bar food can be had at any Bar…
