Great businesses trying to make something out the place but the building owner keeps kneecapping them and jerking around the customers. The Vince Lombardi inspirational quote out front was covered with a black trash bag for over a year and looked terrible then got dumpstered. Now the building owner puts up crime scene tape to keep people off the grass instead of fixing it. Looks like a body is buried there and who would want to bring their family to a crime scene? Not to mention it's right on the main cross streets of 7th and Grand so everyone has to drive by that eyesore crime tape everyday. Grand Junction has an Art Mall! Yay! Food trucks on the lawn are great and offer a variety of foods. Their hours can be unpredictable, best to check their social media to keep tabs on that.
