Stay away, the workers are rude, they do not care & as the young girl put it, “there’s nothing they can do about it!”

Why would you want to shop somewhere that always has moldy fruit? Expired food everywhere! Cheese, calzones, meat, fruits & vegetables!

I recently browsed by & saw moldy strawberries, flip over & see! I did recently purchase their Cara Cara oranges & 2 days later, half the bag of oranges were moldy! I went back to ask about an exchange & they no longer had them, so decided to see if they could exchange for something else. Since hardly anyone works there, (no help ever, really long lines) - I asked the older mean lady with glasses if it was ok to exchange & what I needed to show, (I didn’t have my receipt but it’s Aldi brand) She questioned me, asking how long ago I had purchased them & made a face of disgust & questioned my ask if I was able to exchange. She said, you can try, get in line, but that they were so old & moldy & I would have to ask. This is clearly Aldi products & they are selling us moldy fruit! I had my bank account open & ready to show that I had bought them & besides, this was clearly their brand. She agreed to exchange but told her the unnecessary stress that was told to me prior my her other employee .

My next trip was soon after & I saw the melting snowman hot cocoa bombs. I saw them clearly marked for 0.49, so picked up several for my family! When I arrived to checkout, they rang up wrong & the young man cashier told me that they couldn’t be 0.49, because they were new , had just been put out. (Well a whole box of them were empty & off the shelf, but whatever) I offered to put them back & said please take them off, but that I promised they have a sign for $0.49. He continued to scan the rest of my items & then after He called some unhelpful young girl & told her that “I am saying that these say they are $0.49” & if she can look. She came back & said, “that’s weird, there’s a sign that they ARE $0.49! But I can’t do ANYTHING about it! She did not look me in the eye, she was way over behind him telling me she could do nothing! She was quick & rude to tell me she was not price adjusting, even though their mistake & she would not do the $2 override, (well for each one I had.). She just kept saying there was NOTHING she could do about it! I left & told the guy cashier, you see, at least I was telling the truth!

This store is rude, unhelpful, lazy, & I feel disrespected! I was nothing but kind & willing to do whatever they needed but clearly they need to quit & find happiness, as it is not there!

Respect yourself & spend your hard earned money...

Rosemary the cashier was rude! You did not have a handicap cart available, so I held on to the grocery cart to do my shopping. There was 6 people in front of me inline for the cashier. Two other people and I ask the cashier for another cashier to help with the process. One man all he had was a big bag of potatoes, she told him that wasn't enough reason for her to call in another cashier. Rude! By the time I got to the cashier customers were lined up all the way to the side wall, where the ice cream is. She did call someone when I got to her to help check out. I told her if she had called someone when we asked her to all those people wouldn't be lined up. She said they are busy in the back room stocking. I didn't see anyone in the store stocking. They were all in the back. I go to this Aldi's often and waiting in line for a cashier is nothing unusual...

After going to this store countless times and getting treated poorly by the employees from rude employees to getting produce thrown in baskets and broken from having one of your employees throw Clorox on my produce then making me pay for it. TODAY was honestly the worst experience I’ve had. The older lady with glasses that came up to us. Stating that I allowed my baby to slobber on a plushy like a DOG then leave the plushy with slobber all over it was not called for, it was very horrible. I grabbed it and checked it was not wet what so ever! The employee had gloves on so she clearly didn’t feel the plushy before screaming at my daughters and I. ALDIs please retrain that lady some manners. She could of talked to us, she could of had a conversation with us but instead she proceeded to scream at us and grab the plushy like it was extremely ruined and...
