They repaired the cracked screens on 2 of my phones, and the cameras on both phones stopped working when they handed them to me. Both cameras worked when I handed them to him to repair, and wasn't working 20-minutes later when he gave them back. He said it would cost $15 each to replace the cameras on the phones to make them operational again. I declined --and that was 3 months ago. Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my...
Read moreI randomly stopped at this place to see if they could fix the cracked screen on my LG G2. The man said yes and that it would take 3 - 5 days because they have to order the screens. Dropped it off on a Monday and was ready for pick up by Friday. When I picked up my phone, he had to look through a bucket to find it (very scary) he handed me the plastic bag and said it's $128.00. I said, Can I look at it first to see if it it works?? !!! When I pulled it out of the back, I see this huge "Verizon" symbol on top right corner. I asked him, What is this?? My phone is a T-Mobile phone. He said, Oh that's where we get our screens from. I said, Bull crap. You just took the screen cover off another phone. Horribly service. Now my original warranty with T-mobile is screwed because this jerk never told me that they were going to be replacing the screen from another vendor. Stay away from...
Read moreI took my phone here about a month ago to have the front and back screen replaced on my iPhone12 pro max and paid $424+ for the front and back to be replaced along with the LCD screen to be replaced as well.. Shortly after this repair, my phone screen went completely black and wouldn’t power back on even with force resetting it, a couple days before this issue a notification popped up saying, "No sim installed." Which I’ve never removed my SIM card.. I took my phone to a Apple repair service for a second hand feedback and was told the LCD screen that was replaced is a bad screen and has a short.. I’m now looking at another $300 fee to get it fixed again because it was not done correctly the first time. Don’t go here unless you’re looking to spend money more than once or only looking for a fast...
