The manager, an older woman (probably close to 50), is extremely rude and unprofessional. My sister-in-law made an order of 20 tacos and a burrito. One phone, she said we wanted EVERYTHING on the burrito, plus an avacado. When we got home, the burrito literally only had a ton of rice and a raw avacado. No cheese, no beans, no tomatoes, no sour cream, nothing but overcooked, soggy rice and a raw avacado, like I said. I honestly didn't even want to go back for a replacement (it was mine), but my family felt bad because I wasn't eating and so we call back and a younger girl tells us to come back and they'll give us a new burrito. Cool, we drive back and the manager refuses to give us the new burrito without the wrong one. We tell her we didn't bring the wrong one with us and she tells us she doesn't believe that our order was even wrong. She said she didn't trust us. So I called my boyfriend who was back home and he stopped eating his food to bring the wrong burrito. When he gets there, the manager has a huge attitude problem, says she told us over the phone to bring the wrong burrito (she didn't) and then keeps making ridiculous facial expressions (like she's passing gas) at us. My boyfriend asks her "Are you going to make this right?" and she doesn't even want to apologize. Her response was "I guess I can apologize?" Well, we told her to have a nice evening and we will never be back. They lost lifelong customers but the attitude of these people is that they don't care. They have so much foot traffic that quality control and having pride about their food is completely non-existent.
To the owners: next time, all you have to do is own up to your mistakes, apologize, and offer something nice to make up for the customer's inconvenience. Maybe offer a free drink, or dessert. It doesn't take much. The way you treated your paying customers tonight was disgusting...

Okay, this place is small, like there’s no places to sit and if you sit you’re sitting right next to the long line of people waiting to order food.
The menu was looking promising, so I ordered tacos, chicken quesadilla and some burritos.
The tacos, the tacos de cabeza actually had good flavor but what was disappointing was the amount of grease pouring out of these tacos. I mean, I know I’m not eating healthy when I’m eating tacos, so know that if I point out the grease, it’s because it was EXCESSIVE!! personally cabeza tacos need fresh chopped onions with cilantro, not grilled sliced onions. Then, the al pastor tacos looked more like discada, the meat was chopped to little pieces- al pastor is sliced- the grease was as bad all across!
The chicken quesadilla came with a nice long hair inside of it! I guess that must be the secret ingredient (insert sarcasm). Anyway, I asked for a new one and they made me a new one right away. I did add guacamole to the quesadilla (NO avocado is included but you can add it to any plate for an additional charge), the quesadilla was ok (besides the hair) but the chicken didn’t have much flavor and the smell wasn’t appealing.
The burritos, same disappointment…You ask for meat burrito but it’s really full of rice, beans AND cabbage... never had a meat burrito with cabbage until I came here. Needles to say it was mostly full of these other ingredients and only slap of meat in between.
None of it called authentic tacos or even good Texan Mexican food for my taste. You’re better off eating fajitas at Chili’s.
Luckily for me, I found better tacos at a...
Read moreThe service and food is horrible! when my food was ready, the lady was just staring at our table. I noticed her staring at our table so she proceeds to yell at us what is our number. Now keep in mind it’s loud in there and we are across the room from where she is. I proceed to go talk to her because first of all I have manners and will not yell at her from across the room I take my receipt with me, show her the receipt number and she proceeds to ask me what is my number I tell her again this is my receipt number where is the thing that they gave you I tell her what thing and she says the thing. The girl from the register hears all the commotion walks over and says I never gave them a pager. Rudely the lady asked me well is this your food! I can not believe we are being treated this way. I answer her I believe so I take our trays to our table and it’s worse the food is cold! The torta de milanesa the meat was burnt and the bread was way bigger than the slice of meat. The torta al pastor no flavor is was not good we couldn’t even finish our food it was horrible! Also the plate of Enchiladas Suiza was serviced very sloppy on plate it’s was cold and the cheese and rice were hard. Most horrible Mexican place to eat at! First and Last time we go there!!! Please people read the reviews before trying a new place and wasting your time and money!! only gave one star because I had to but really they...
