Iâm giving Little Caesars 1 star due to the frustrating experience I had today. I went through the drive-thru and asked for a Sprite. The guy at the window told me they only carry Pepsi productsâno problem, I said I was fine with the Pepsi version of Sprite.
I handed him my card, he charged me, then left to get the drink. When he came back, he said they were actually out. The drink was for someone at home who specifically wanted Sprite or Starry, so I asked for a refund.
He flat-out said âno.â I asked what he meant by that, and he said heâd get a manager. The manager came and told me they donât do refunds and that I could come back another day. I explained that it didnât seem right for them to charge my card and then tell me they donât have the product I paid for. He just signed the receipt and repeated that I could come back another time.
This didnât sit right with me, so I went home and told my husband. He agreed it wasnât handled properly, so we both went back to the store. I explained again that I didnât feel it was fair I couldnât get a refund, and I asked if they ever give refunds & he said no.
Eventually, we spoke to a woman named Laura who explained that the location is a franchise and the owner has a policy of no refunds. She gave us the district number to request one, but itâll take 8â15 days just to get my $8 back.
Honestly, this whole situation couldâve been handled with more clarity and better...
   Read moreI had promised myself that I wasn't going back to that location, the las 3 times the pizza was soggy and didn't taste that good, today I gave them another chance ( last) and the man at the window didn't greet me he gave a mean look,like that he heck do you want, I asked for a 2 pizzas and a soda combo and he said I could get that online only, really hmm, anyway he told me how much it was, and when I said I thought the price was off, he got offended and told me that was the correct price, always with a bad attitude, I made the mistake of not checking the pizza then and there, and when I did at home some parts where thick, others flat, and they didn't even cut the pizza right. I hope they close this place, they don't care about quality or manners.
