Incident 12/23/23 2:58pm Hello manager, the older skinny black lady that you have working the register 2 Associate: 4084955 (Annette) is so rude. She is very unprofessional, dry and lacking education. She does not greet customers. I witnessed a customer tell her off, yes the customer called her out her name but I was thinking it. This lady is so rude and I’m trying to figure out how someone like that can get hired. Clearly she doesn’t want to be there. After the previous customer left she was talking noise and still rude. This rude woman had the nerves to say she’s a child of God but acting like the devil. Please coach her or hide her in the back, she does not need to be interacting with any customer. The manager at this location, i do not remember her name but she has lovely smile and braids, she is a gem. She's human. And as a customer that means alot. She helped me with the sale and eventually a return of a pair of pants I bought for my daughter for school. We were not able to keep them because of the back pockets, wich sticks because they are well made and fit her great. I have shopped here for 10 years on and off. I live in GP. From casual shopping to large layaways. I have never been treated with such curtiousness. I have never left a review for this company either. Great exsperiance. Staff sucks! I walked in literally for one second with my service dog 🐕‍🦺 and this African American lady yelled at me saying that they don’t allow dogs and I said my dog was registered and had the I.D. Of a service dog which allowed me to have her in public places due to me being deaf in my ear, she told me she didn’t care and that I couldn’t have my dog in there rudely… worse experience I ever had! Never had a problem anywhere else when it came to my dog. Can’t believe I was actually going to spend money where they discriminate against you....
