Harbor Freight — Local services in Grand Prairie

The woman who checked me out was lovely- but the manager was not kind at all. I was here today gathering disaster relief items to fly down to Kerrville after the awful floods and asked the manager if the store was willing to donate any items for us to bring along. I understand that sometimes stores can’t do this- but I chose Harbor Freight to shop at because I work with them for a different non profit and know how giving their company spirit is, especially for a worthy cause. The male manager was so quick to dismiss me, which is fine, but he was quite rude and snippy about it and was completely unaware of any non profit work that is done on the corporate side. I spent a good amount of money there today and will be taking my business elsewhere for tomorrow’s disaster relief supply haul.
