Jason's Deli Distribution Center Warehouse — Local services in Grand Prairie

I recently attended Jason deli today with my husband and was immediately greeted by the short heavy set guy with glasses and orange shirt in the front. He gave my husband the worst and most targeting behavior. He proceeded to try and give multiple excuses to why he couldn't place his order and when it came time to finally get our food. The guy screamed my husband's name across the store. It was extremely embarrassing and not to mention my husband suffers from moderate ptsd which caused him to immediately direct his attention towards the employee in frightening gestures. I'm sure the food is fantastic but their dispatch team has been pretty poor to work with... Have tried to do them a favor on reloads out of Brownsville TX twice now and have been bit both times with dirty trailers, issues getting trailers to the proper temperature before arriving to the shipper and then I need to re-schedule the delivery appointment and that is "no fault" to them. 0-2 here.
