First time here, and it was not the best experience food wise. The person taking my food order was pleasant. After getting my food 30mins later. I checked it while sitting in my car getting ready to DEVOUR it until I noticed my wings weren't wet like I asked. So I went back in and Politely asked if I may have more sauce. They didn't put any sauce on my two orders of wings. The young lady was very friendly and had no problem with doing. I received my food and placed it back into my bag. I decided to take my large order of fries out to start eating them and Guess What!! These bad boys were coldš„¶ . I saw someone walking and I asked her Politely if I may have some fresh fries because these are cold. She paused like she didn't want to do it. I went to hand her the fries, and she told me to keep them. She said it in a way as if I was bothering her. I think I was because when she came back, she gave me a small order of fries.. I showed the guy who was greeting people whenever they came in.. He just smiled and shook his head. So I get back inside my car to eat a fry, and they are cold. I'm looking for my carrots and celery and don't see them. Soooo I get out my car and go back in for the second time. I spoke with the manager, showed her my fries and let her know I didn't get things I paid for. I have her back both order of fries and told her dont worry about the other items I didnt get. She was understanding and refunded me $10. I was shock and thankful until I make it to my destination to find out my chicken was hard and cold. šš I couldn't even eat them!!! Money wasted. š¤£š¤£ I believe in being very patient with people. I also work with the public and I believe in TREATING PEOPLE LIKE YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!!!! I know some people don't. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I came out in the cold, after work, and with my tire needing air..š¤¦š¾āāļøto be disrespected with some cold food. They did not seem to be short staff or busy. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an order through the app for the location in Grand Prairie Texas on the evening of 9/21. When I placed the order the estimate to pick up time was 7 PM. I arrived at 7:05 and was told that the order needed ten more minutes before it would be ready. After waiting 10 more minutes I went back up to the counter and was told it would be another 10 minutes before it would be ready because the wings were still cooking. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I was then told that it was five minutes away from being finished, in total I waited an additional 25 minutes in the restaurant before the food was finally ready which was 30 minutes past the pick up time quoted in the app. While waiting I observed how dirty the restaurant was with trash on the floor, dirty walls, and torn seats in the waiting area. I also observed the two women working the pick up counter eating cookies and drinking drinks while texting on their phones rather than checking on the to go orders. Also one of the times I was at the counter checking on my food I was able to see into the kitchen door and observed a large pile of trash and food debris all over the floor, it was very obvious that nothing had been cleaned in hours. During this time the restaurant was only about half full with customers.
While I was waiting on my order another man who was waiting had an order brought out to him and he proceeded to leave the store with it and then returned about three minutes later with the order after realizing that it was not his order. The very alarming part is that this order then was given out to another customer just a couple of minutes later without it being remade after it left the store and was potentially contaminated by another guest, this is an obvious...

After being seated, and waiting 15min for our server to finally come touch the table (mind you it's not busy, and we're watching her walk around living her best life laughing and talking to the hostess, and other servers) we ordered our beers, and decided to go ahead and order our dinner. After the exchange, we're told "sorry but we're out of burgers." Out of burgers.... A nationwide chain, that has burger specials on Tuesdays, out of burgers? Seriously... there's hardly anyone here, at 6pm? You can't call up your local distributor in the AM to get a delivery out same day? (YES my wife and I work in the industry, so we know it can be done... Unless you have poor management, but I digress). So instead we settled on the beers, and some queso to figure out what we're gonna have instead. 5min later, our server came back to inform us, the beers we ordered... Yep, you guessed it..., THEY'RE OUT. A national chain, known for the copious amounts of wings, burgers, & beer....out. Unbelievable. I understand the workforce has dwindled since COVID, and the supply chain slowed down a bit last year.... but that's not excuse anymore. My wife and I have been to this establishment several times, and are huge fans of their burgers, and typically have great service, today was just ridiculous. C'mon now BWW, you can do better, and should be utterly embarrassed you have a franchise running, in this type of manner.
And please don't bother giving me the "please fill out the _ form, and we'll address the team" reply. Clearly nothing is being done to fix...
