Five Below — Local services in Grand Rapids

Just wanted to say this is a great place to shop, very good customer service from the people that work upfront near the registers. But I have one complaint, I always seem to see them waiting on their “managers” whenever it is due time to retrieve them, they are never around and when they are they sit and talk with each other. I do like shopping here but when I walk in an establishment and there is only one available person to help me look fro something in the back and he/she is only able to be in the register area it kind of is a turn off. This place would be a five star in my review but because of the lack of associates on the sales floor and the lack of management attention this is just a four star. I hope management or someone from five below sees this and does something to change my views. Until...

Closed at 07:00pm due to being and I quote "Short staffed. Everybody Quit.".

For the way this was handled, I would hazard a guess that this can all be blamed on poor store management and handling of staff. Most people treat their staff worse then they do your average customer, so if this holds true here, no wonder you're staff quite on you!

I will review this place again in the future when they get themselves figured out. It will be interesting to see what happens first, corporate getting this location under control and operating as it should, or them closing the location completely down...

Horrible service here especially the little Indian Mexican girl who is training the white man who will run the store in Muskegon SO HE SAYS. Don't hire people if all they are going to do is criticize. Don't post signs all over your store RETURNS FOR MERCHANDISE WITH OR WITHOUT RECEIPTS FOR WHATEVER DAYS. Best believe I will go to corporate and complain like no other when I go to the MUSKEGON ONE TO RETURN ANY USELESS ITEM FROM THE STORE. THE chargers I get are for my NOTE 3. I return them ever 3 weeks tops. Never had a complaint until now. Horrible...
