Savory cookies that were not too sweet. The edges were a bit on the crispy side and the middle soft and dense. Overall, a good texture.

Chocolate Chip: Good standard cookie! What you’d expect from a favorite and done right.

Pink Velvet Cake Cookie: Ours was not as covered in frosting as their picture, but it was still plenty of frosting. I would not have honestly wanted more than that.

Kentucky Butter Cake: Just a touch more of a butter taste and reminded me of a sugar cookie without the sugar crystals.

Sticky Bun: Yep, it tasted like a cinnamon roll. Not my cup of tea, but if you like cinnamon rolls, you’ll love it.

Service: The line was a bit longer, so the ordering process was (pun intended) cookie cutter. The gentleman taking our order didn’t seem to care much, but got us through quickly and correctly. The young lady handing us our cookies let us look in the box first before closing it to make sure our order was correct. The box was a bit sticky and (pun intended) crumbly.

Atmosphere: Only about a quarter of the store is customer service. The rest is kitchen. No place to sit and eat so plan on taking it with you. There is seating outside in a common area, but this is not ideal when the weather is cooler (like when we stopped by). There were also floor mats rolled up in the corner and made crowding difficult (it was a bit busy).

Conclusion: Good cookies, but not great service (though it was effective enough).

These cookies are good.. I always buy a 4 or 6 pack every month. They are expensive cookies so when I buy them, I expect them to have the normal amount of frosting on them. Well there was a hair on my cotton candy cookie. No big deal, I just needed a new cookie. So I told the lady at the counter and she took my box, tossed it down in a rude manner and then told one of the employees that the whole box needed to be remade because there was a hair. The first time I came in and ordered the cookies she was nice but the second time I came in to tell her about the hair, that's when she started being rude. First of all, I didn't need a whole new box, I only needed a new cotton candy cookie. Such a waste. Second of all, she put a tiny amount of frosting on my second cookie. She only put it on the middle of the cookie and there was no frosting on the whole outside of the cookie an inch and a half around the whole thing. It wasn't my fault there was a hair on my cookie but she handled the situation as though it was my fault by putting the least amount of frosting she possibly could on it. I should have looked at my cookie before leaving the store but I figured she fixed the issue without acting so petty. I wasn't even mad about the hair, I just wanted a new cookie and they handled it so immature. Don't work in the food industry if you can't stand fixing a mistake. Such a weird way she handled the...

12-5 update NO COOKIE IS WORTH THE TERRIBLE SERVICE HERE. Again ordered ahead and upon arrival WAS IGNORED. And after 3 people came in ordered and RECEIVED their orders I asked how long for my order. AND AGAIN it hadn't even been started. No more visits here even if I'll be nearby. And it wasn't a staffing issue as there were 8 people but ONLY 1 PERSON DRESSING COOKIES.

11-19-24 Was in the area so I placed a pickup order thru Doordash. When I arrived 10 minutes after I placed the order IT WASN'T EVEN STARTED. AND I had to wait another almost 5 minutes before getting asked why I was there. And during that time I watched most of the staff standing around TALKING instead of helping out the young woman preparing the cookies. And the reason mine hadn't been started was because apparently the 2 people who arrived in the store AFTER my order took priority. Which makes me feel SO unvalued as a customer just because I ordered ahead. So very many businesses are like this now.

Good cookies. Service a bit on the slow side. I watched the gentleman start putting my 4 pack together but they didn't have any of the raspberry ready. Instead of telling anyone he just pushed mine aside and went on to the next. Finally when he had 4 orders taking up the whole counter did he tell someone else he needed 4 raspberries for those orders. Shouldn't have to wait 13 minutes...
