I literally went everyday on my break since December 2024, most of the time my order was correct but missing an item. I would call to let them know and won’t get a refund and let them try again to only mess up when I clearly stated what I want on my sandwich standing in front of her and if I order/pay a avo turkey with cucumbers and state what I want I should get and they miss an item(cucumbers/avocado) all of the time (the manager lady most of the time)! That means she is NOT LISTENING OR PAYING ATTENTION to her customers or the orders! Then today I get a sandwich she ask what I want she clearly mess up, I go for a refund this afternoon $6.89 and she tells me (A loyal customer) to NOT come back because they can’t get my order right and I wanted a refund! Like discrimination at its finest and says I do surveys and give bad reviews and I only have done one to get a free cookie and it was a Great review for Sarah! I put in my description box for my order “light mayo, extra vinegar & oil” and received a sandwich DROWNED in mayo. I work 12 hour shifts and am unable to leave so I just called to explain my experience. The manager gets on the phone and I explained everything in a calm manner. I did say I don’t know if someone was upset or trying to be funny but I received basically a mayo sandwich. She proceeds to say “I made your sandwich. I’m a grown adult, I don’t need to be funny” in a sarcastic tone. She also kept cutting me off. Read moreIf I could give more stars, I would. I accidently ordered off of ezCater instead of their actual website. Which I know better now, but still a positive experience. I had to fix an order to ensure everyone's dietary restrictions were met. Instead of reading my email (who does that?!) I contacted the store directly to resolve the slight issue. They were incredible and didn't even make me fix the issue through ezCater. When it was time for them to deliver our order, the person was polite and super helpful with setting up the boxes. 12/10 would definitely recommend. The food was SO GOOD. The chicken salad... can we talk about that for a moment? It is in fact the bomb dot com. I will absolutely be ordering again and the boxed lunches are fabulous.
