When booking a private corporate event recently, I had a negative experience dealing with this company's customer service. Tom initially started very friendly and accommodating. Then, five days before the event, they canceled the reservation at the last hour. Caitlin, who claims to be the manager, displayed poor problem-solving skills and an arrogant communication style and could not acknowledge that their systems, and processes to reserve an event needed to be more explicit, more organized, and transparent. They had a difficult time with feedback and were very defensive/stressed. The excellent news is that this forced me to research other companies, and I immediately found kinder and less arrogant competitors. I recommend you thoroughly research this company before hiring for a private event. He facilitated the perfect party that everyone is just raving about. I’m so grateful for his passion, humor, guidance, & enthusiasm. Absolutely fantastic experience. The food was wonderful, but the actual experience of the murder mystery was a blast from start to finish.

Donna and Tom not only managed to lead a group of mostly shy programmers into donning costumes and diving deep into the character aspect of the event. No one was quite sure what we were getting into, but by the end of the evening we were exhausted from laughter. It was clever, enjoyable, challenging in the most enjoyable ways, and a completely different experience than what I expected.
