I finally got a chance to visit Qaheah house. I have been waiting for a Yemeni shop to open on the west side of Michigan ever since I had a Yemeni iced coffee when visiting Dearborn a few years ago. The wait was well worth it. First off, the service is great! From the time I walked in to when I walked out I felt welcome and cared for. Everything the Qahwah House does is with passion for the craft of making coffee and building community. The coffee was excellent. I got a Yemeni latte and I can't wait to order it again. It was delicious. The pastries! THE PASTRIES! A wide selection for everyone, no matter the flavor they are looking for. I got the Pistachio Dream cake and it was *chef's kiss*.

A delightful experience. A friend and I went this morning, we shared a pot for 2 of Rada'ey coffee, a hazelnut pastry, and a honeycomb pastry. All were delicious and at the perfect temperature. Everything from the pot down to the side of honey I asked for had the logo on it, a detail I really liked. The coffee did not upset my stomach. The experience of sharing the pot with a friend forced us both to slow down and really enjoy a community together, and that was my second favorite part of the experience - the coffee is definitely the first. Go, give it a shot, the quality of the coffee is far superior to that of Starbucks or Bigby or Scooters, and it's cheaper too.

Absolutely wonderful cafe! If you're tired of the traditional coffee houses, then give Qahwah House a try! I'm positive you'll find a new drink and for sure a new treat that you'll love. The staff are super nice and will help you if you decide to try a coffee drink you've never had before. The atmosphere is light and airy. I will say the only thing that was off is the audible beepers that go off when someone's drink is ready. I would set them to only vibrate if it were me. The bottom line is that I loved this place and will be back as soon as I can.

Absolutely stunning decor & truly phenomenal coffee. The map on the wall is breathtaking. The barista had a kind smile and truly seemed to care & made & served our drinks with meticulous detail. While we waited, we were able to sit and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere and stunning map, while reading about the history of coffee in Yemen - I had no idea Mocha was a port city in Yemen & not just the name of a coffee drink! - and wait for our drinks to finish being made. My father had what he said was one of the best hot lattes of his life, and I had the best iced pistachio latte I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying. 10/10,...
