I purchased a trailer four years ago. Over that time I have had to have it serviced to fix things from normal wear and tear. The staff is knowledgeable and fixed thing to my satisfaction at a fair price.
Recently I dropped off my trailer for repair. I went to pick the trailer up without calling first to verify that it was ready. The trailer was not ready. I was then told when the trailer would be ready and that they would deliver the trailer to me at no charge. When it was delivered, not only was everything fixed properly, they had put a fresh coat of paint on the gate making it look new. I wasn't expecting to have the work done at no charge and offered to pay for their work. They refused to let me pay for the repairs. I think this is how they deal with their customer on a daily basis. I whole heartily recommend Trailers Direct.

Read moreAfter losing a wheel on our original tow dolly while traveling WB on I-70 on the 2nd day of vacation, we were referred to Trailers Direct. We were still 2 hours away and my wife had to follow the RV in the car. The weather was terrible. When we arrived, it was obvious we were desperate.
The people were wonderful. They actually sold us the least expensive unit - still great quality - and explained why we didn't need anything more. Then, they spliced into the wiring to make sure the tow lights I had on my car would work just as they had previously.
Even in the rain, they took the time to make sure I knew how to get it hooked up on the RV and the car loaded and strapped down. Without a doubt, I recommend this store. If I could give them more...
Read moreI wish I could give zero Stars. I brought my small trailer to have a new axle put on. The spring hangers were done wrong by truck and trailer of Independence Missouri but they wasn't pointed out to me. The axle was pre-made so it's cause my trailer tires to tow out. Bottom line is they're not professionals. Now I'm going to have to go somewhere else and get it done right because they only want to make excuses and not stand behind their work. Plus they told me it wasn't their job to point out anything that I just wanted a new axle. Well I wanted it done right. Go there at your own risk. It's money down the drain for me. Now it's going to cost me more money to get their work fixed. Good luck if...
