I knew I wanted a nontraditional blue sapphire antique ring, that it would have to be custom, and that I wanted to work with a local, non-corporate jeweler who would b really partner with me and be invested in the results. And that is is exactly what I got with Crews Jewelry! The whole team was a complete delight to to work with. They answered all my questions, promptly answered numerous emails, looked at the photos of what I had in mind, helped me go through catalogues and narrow down options, ordered different settings me for me to try on in person. They ordered in different size stones and clarities for me to see, even taking it out into the parking lot so I could see them in the natural light! They worked with my groom to make sure the final product was a surprise. And they never ever tried to upsell us, rather they were wonderful about working with our budget and completely transparent about pricing. I would choose Crews again in a heartbeat! It meant so much to see how genuinely thrilled they were that I loved my ring. I can't recommend them...

We had a wonderful experience at Crews Jewelry Store in Grandview, Mo. My 91 year-old mother needed her updated Life Alert device securely attached to her chain, and Robyn and Stacey went above and beyond to help us.

They were not only professional and skilled in finding a secure solution, but also incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Their problem-solving and genuine care for my mother’s comfort and safety were exceptional.

To our surprise, they refused any payment for their help—even when my mother insisted and offered $60 as a thank-you. Instead, they graciously suggested a donation to a local children’s fund, which the store proudly supports.
