Friday evening 2 cars are in front and about 5 behind me. As we all know time is money. Im spending 6+ dollars to get a quick and easy coffee. The crew seem to be more concerned about talking and laugh with the red car infront of me almost 10 mins to get a coffee at Dutch bros when normally it's a few mins. The red car only had 1 drink which they got with the first 2 mins the rest was them laugh taking pictures and not really concerned with the line of cars they had. When I finally made my way to the window, the red car was turning to get back in line. So definitely a worker or friend of the 2 brothers that work there, instead of apologizing for the long wait he said "be mad" and walked away, he had what seemed like all the drinks already made including the cars behind me. He spend 8 mins just talking and taking pictures with his friend in the red car. That kid doesn't deserve to be there in the window helping he will ruin your business trust me im not...
Read moreAs a CO native moved to MO I am used to absolutely amazing vibes at Dutch Bros. This location is awful. The employees alone don’t meet the normal vibes you expect from Dutch. Made the mistake of going here again after they took the whole balance on my app because there was “an issue with their system” but when I called customer service I was told that they tipped themselves. This time I went to the window so I didn’t get stuck in the drive thru line. Still ended up getting stuck because the line was so long it wrapped around to the parking lot. Even though the second lane was completely empty, there was a sign that said pick the shortest lane, and two employees taking orders that were not telling cars to move to the open lane. Save yourself the headache and go 10 minutes down the road to the Belton location- they have the...
Read moreI went and asked for a small iced white mocha with oat milk. this was my first ever time going and i’m a barista so i usually know what kind of things i want and don’t want. i get up to the window and i see a small line of regular mocha lining the bottom of the cup. i politely asked if the drink was made correctly because i wanted a white mocha with oat milk. the barista then explains to me that “since mochas are made with chocolate milk, i had asked for oat, they had to put mocha in my white mocha to make up for the lack of chocolate milk it didn’t get” this didn’t make sense to me as i didn’t ask for mocha and was trying to tell her i didn’t want it in my drink. she told me that’s how it comes so i was a little upset when i go on the app to see that white mocha lattes don’t come with chocolate milk but...
