There are key elements to a normal dining experience. Service, time of service, and quality of food. When, my fiancé, my daughter and I went to this establishment we came in to a nearly empty establishment and were hopeful for a timely dining experience as well as looking forward a hot meal. Boy were we wishing for the stars. We sat down and ordered our food within less than 5 minutes of arriving. And waited, and waited and waited, new customers came shuffling in and ordered, got their food, ate and left. We waited a total of 1 hour an 37 minutes until our food finally arrived, cold, and prepared poorly. My fiancé ordered the staple chicken and waffles and it came with one waffle (which was expected) and 4 tiny chicken, fingers(?) My pancakes were raw and inedible, and the other gal never got her pancakes. Our waitress was very apologetic and comped our meal because it was inedible. If a pancake house cant get pancakes right, ...

Another waitress who wasn't even ours helped us out big time and hurried stuff along by getting our drinks and food. Some waitresses weren't doing their jobs saw some taking like 30 minutes just sitting down doing nothing. Sadly won't becoming back and sadly not an excuse for being...
