Nathan is employee of the day, by that I mean nothing good. The store was excellent in good care but this worker, Nathan, was quite possibly the most difficult "cook" I've ever seen. Argues with his co workers about whether the bacon goes on top of the cheese or below but does not know the meats of the subway melt. Takes over 5 minutes to assemble our sandwich and everyone else's. I've never seen someone take so long to put meat on a sandwich, you would think he was carefully assembling an a nuclear weapon. When asked to put the guacamole on the meat he insists it must be on the bread and continues to remove our veggies to make it so. I've watched him put on a couple sets of gloves now, taking about 60 seconds of "wishing he had dried his hands better" per glove. For the 5-6pm dinner rush his speed made his coworkers work around him and the line run to the door. If this were my store I'd take a look at the cameras and see for myself when told this information. Makes me think of how chef Gordon Ramsay would react to that, probably in a rage of fury and a single chance to prove himself. So all in all I give this restaurant a 4 star review, all the other employees were great, the store felt very clean, the cookies weren't cooked all the way in the center, and the service was not good nor bad just not efficient. Tell Nathan to stop yelling at his coworkers about bread when there are customers in the restaurant and to focus on the customers standing in line waiting for service rather than the bread dough you feel needs to go into the oven more than the customers in line at dinner rush need to be served. In case the name tag is wrong, he is 16-22 about 6' tall with medium - short blond hair. Much praise to the ladies struggling though their work day...
Read moreOn Mother's Day, 2025, it was decided that the Mom's would not cook. And the perfect solution to that decision was to order Subway sandwiches for all! It was a sizable order so we went in a day before to talk of about the best time to order and pick up. We were like honored guests! We worked out our menu and then checked in the next morning to confirm. We used those fabulous coupons we receive once a month in the newspaper and that made this family gathering affordable. It was a huge task getting our order done, but as we were told, all we needed to do was call in the morning of Mother's Day to confirm the pick up time. It was magical! And the ladies that work there, Kelly, Wendy, and Steph (Flower) were so patient and friendly. And this isn't just one-time. These ladies are there to please the customers, and keep up light converstion the whole time they are making their masterpiece sandwiches! I love this location on Agness as it has great parking, great hours, and always smiles to greet their customers. Stop in . . . you will see...
Read moreIt's not a bad place and used to be my favorite location as far as subway restaurants go. But awhile back I went and bought my favorite sandwich. Only to when I got half way home that it smelled of strong peppers. Got home to find my sandwich soggy and everything I didn't want on it was there in place of everything I'd originally asked for. My dog ate well and I went to find something else. Tonight after a couple months of avoiding the place, I went to it tonight only to find another girl working there.. I must say I was a bit skeptical but gave her the benefit of the doubt. I am giving it 3 stars because of my experience tonight with a wonderful sandwich, made right and made with everything I asked for. And this time we ordered 3 sandwiches and all were amazing. If not for the bad experiences prior with rude staff and bad sandwich I'd of been pleased of dished out a 4-5 star but maybe later on as long as the service stays good and the sandwiches...
