Grocery Outlet — Local services in Grants Pass

This Grocery Outlet is by far the greatest grocery store I've been to in my life in terms of balancing out quality, economy, and kindness in one.

The quality of the products is just as good as good, if not better, than any other grocery. Since they are an grocery outlet sometimes they do not have what you are looking for, as stock rotates and changes. No matter though because most items, of which you would standardly get, are always there. E.g. milk, eggs, bread, fruits, vegetables, etc. All have nice selections to choose from and are fresh as can be.

Since it is an outlet prices are very reasonable. Where as shopping at a well know chain store, such as Albertsons, will result in a hefty bill; let's say $250 for a trip. Grocery Outlet will be more like $90 and you will get just as good products.

The kindness I've have experienced from every single employee, no matter where in the store (check-out, stocking, etc.) is refreshing and wonderful. Especially now a days, most employees at grocery stores are not around to help when you need them, don't know enough about the store to help, or do not want to and act like you are inconveniencing them by asking for help). This store has lovely employees though, who are very friendly and kind.

The parking is good and well lit at night. Clean too. It is not to hard to find as it is next door to Wal-Mart, with a small connecting road between. The other entrance is located in the same road as Dutch brothers, just turn right down that and take the next right into the driveway. From here just drive to the end of the shopping center, past Big Lots, and you'll see it in the left.

If you have not given this grocery store a try, then please do, as you will be happy you did. This is a store which deserves more business and praise for being above and beyond what they do as a business. They may not always continue to reorder something I've gotten there before, but they have most of what i need consistently. Decent selection, though mostly generic. The checkers are friendly but also quick. They do not carry baby products, tobacco or have a bakery like shop smart does, but i will always make an extra trip to get groceries from grocery outlet even if i also need baby wipes and other things i can only get at their competitor, since their food and bathroom product prices are SIGNIFICANTLY better overall. The best thing to say about this gem is stop and shop here first before going anyplace else - you never know what bargains and finds you will grab. I have found name brands in perfect condition, whether food or product, certified organic and gluten free per taste or need. I have even found name brand products unseen in this town, which I tried and liked and when the overstock supply runs out other stores start carrying the items because others get a taste for the item and request it elsewhere.
