I have never had a positive experience at this store. Each time I go, I walk away saying I won't go there again. Years will go by before I think maybe there is new management and things are better. So when my boyfriend said he wanted to go and check out their sale on shoes. I caved and said ok let's go. We walked in and headed back to the shoes. Walked by two employees and both ignored us. We get to tue back and try to get to the flip flops, sandals and water shoes but two employees are standing there talking to a woman about where she's from, what she's doing and flirting away. The woman clearly wants to get the shoes and get going. Finally one of them pulls down the ones she is looking for and eventually get out of the way. One of the employees goes and starts doing other things while the other is telling her not to go rafting on the Rogue because she'll die. I can't believe this guy and how hard he's flirting and talking shit while ignoring everyone else. We tried to look at a few things but ended up saying forget and went to pay for the flip flops. The guy rings up the shoes and says the total and I tell him that they are on sale and that he needs to adjust it. He said that's with a coupn in the paper and I said I know thats where we saw the sale and I show him the paper and he said something completely asinine. We walk out and look at each other in shock at the experience we just had.. I can go on and on but won't. Instead I suggest you avoid this place and go...

I went in there to get baseball supplies for my 6th grader there was nobody back there to help us with the clothing area. There was nobody there to help us get into the dressing room so my son crawled underneath the door and let himself in. He also LED others in as he was finished. When I went up to the registers to pay for our products there was three cashiers up there visiting with people that were standing there from the outside. Not a bad store, but while we were able to find boots that fit our plan and purpose, not very good with a hydration backpack. We found a pack we liked, and the tag said the pack would work with a hydration system. Looking for the hydration part we could not find one. Asking for help from the lady on the checkout register got us a fellow from the shoe area. He spent 15 minutes looking the pack over, and looking all around the store for hydration. Nothing... not a good experience, and that comes down to staff education...
