I have been going here since it opened. It's hard to fine authentic Mexican food here, and this was the place. I have Doordashed the last few times and haven't walked in for a while. I went in to get take out, and the woman at the counter turned around and just looked at me with no greeting or acknowledgment. She seemed disinterested in helping me like I was an inconvenience. For the owners, she had dragon lady nails and large false eyelashes. I can over look this lack of etiquette, I just want good food. Well, it was literally the worst Carne asada burrito I ever had. I asked for carne asada, cheese, cilantro and onion only. She asked if pico was fine in regards to the cilantro and onion, I said yes. What I got was like nothing I ever had. It was slimey meat and Pico de Gallo. I don't know if it was some pre-made fajita blend or what, but I never had slimey Carne asada in 40 years of eating Mexican food. I was grossed out half way through. I don't know what's going on with you guys, you were the best, but I doubt I'll take my chances with you again. With the rude service I experienced, there was no way I was going back to complain and show...
Read moreI write lots of reviews and try to be very fair. This was pretty solid and authentic Mexican food. I tried the Al Pastor Torta, Al Pastor Wet Burrito, and Carne Asada and Birria Tacos. Al Pastor torta was good not great. Al Pastor had little to no flavor which was surprising but the ingredients were fresh and the bread was great. Wet Burrito was decent, the sauce on top didn’t taste like regular enchilada sauce but overall it was good, but nothing to brag about. The Tacos, however were the staple. The carne Asada tacos were excellent with the meat super flavorful and juicy with perfect tortillas, the Birria was equally as good but I preferred the Asada more. Tacos were a little expensive for my taste at $2.99 for a small little street taco. Overall I’d give it a 3.5-4 out of 5. Definitely a great place for some good street...
