Two of the regular cashiers are very kind and appreciate the customer. This is a local family owned grocery. At least 3 of the brother, sisters own & run the store . I had a bad experience about a month ago and while calling about that spoke to Greg Ross one of the three of the family owner's about some other service situation's that have really dropped off in quality. I emailed and the email didn't accomplish anything so I called , talked to Greg and could tell within thirty seconds he did not care. He was very disrespectful to me. Ross's has become one of those stores I only shop because they are local i was back to them today. The same two cashier's were as always kind. I encountered two of the owners/managers I dealt with earlier They have made no effort to improve the customer experience. Both of those still had rotten attitudes. I made the one speak and she was not kind at all. They think because they are the only locally owned grocery that they can treat people any way they want. In business anyone like that will eventually go out of business or...

My daughterâs debit card would not scan the chip and it wouldnât take the slide and the cashier was not helpful at all. And then my daughter asked if she could use her phone to scan her payment and she was told yes but it wouldnât take it because it has already declined it a few times. And then the cashier said well I canât just cancel the whole transaction. I work in retail. Yes you can. my daughter just lost her Grandfather yesterday. She was on the verge of tears and that cashier should be spoken to and told to treat people with compassion when theyâre having issues like this because they donât know whatâs going on in peoples lives. Just making it worse for my daughterâŚnot happy at all! I will never visit...

All of the staff were very nice, a lady noticed I was having trouble locating what I was after and she asked if I needed help and got the manager of the department when I told her what I couldn't find. The manager was very nice and offered some tips and advice on how to find it even though they didn't have it in stock.
Their liquor store is out in the open which can be confusing to those of us used to Kroger and Giant Eagle, but they have a decent selection once you find it.
This place is worth a visit whether you're after groceries or whisk(e)y, they have quite the...
