7-Eleven — Local services in Grapevine

Very rude staff. Came to buy a sandwich and a soda before my flight and both girls was talking and looking at their phone as i was invisible. They didnt even move their eyes towards me to see that i struggle to pass between the isles that they were blocking by standing and staring at their phones and chatting. Then when i came to checkout there was no conversation at all and the cashier kept staring at her phone. The i asked for a bag and i had to ask for 3 times because her headphones were on. Then she gave me a fluffy used bag from the counter and i have asked for a new bag, she didnt listen and kept putting the things in the bag and said “ whats the problem with this bag ? Its a good one its just here on the table !”

Terrible experience. Went in for some last minute taquitos (didn't have time for a better choice) they have a self service area and after using a glove and reaching for my taquitos a female worker by the name of Hend came in yelling at me not to grab the ones that weren't done, mind you there was no sign so how am I supposed to know. And she started shaking her head and talking smack she went in the back of the counter but didn't show me the ones thatWERE done! This store is open 24hrs and the night staff was awesome and good at cooking fresh food and keeping it stocked. This is a main source of food for a lot of us airport employees who works nights and also for passengers who were stuck overnight. Seems like they got rid of all the old staff, now its a bunch of kids and no food is ever cooked. Asked if they still cook hot food any more and the employees asked the manager which she did not respond and said she was busy cleaning. Very disappointing.
