I ordered a yogurt blast off of the menu (strawberry and granola, board says it's $7.99). They charged me $8.99 for a "yogurt and three toppings." I politely asked the cashier why the price was different and he said that the blast machine wasn't working, so it's just yogurt and the toppings..... But why was I charged for three toppings?
Also grabbed a tiny chicken Caesar wrap from grab and go. Was charged for a chicken sandwich ($10.99), not a wrap. When I asked if there was sauce on it, I was pushed to the condiments. Only mustard and mayo. It's a chicken Caesar wrap. The cashier has a bowl of Caesar salad packs next to him, but apparently they aren't for the wraps.
Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off by rude cashiers, get dry wraps, and get only frozen yogurt when the menu looks like they have regular yogurt and frozen...
Read moreI walked up to Freshens and stood in front of the employees having a conversation in front of the cash register and patiently waited until they noticed me. The female employee gave me a look as if I was bothering her for doing her job and made my smoothie in 30 seconds no exaggeration. Just handed it to me no words exchanged. No she did not seem anti social just attitude. I was nice and said “hi” and “thank you” and “please” so I did not ask for it. You’d think making a smoothie that quick is a good thing but felt like she didn’t try. $10 for a smoothie is not...
Read moreSandra didn’t bother to check if the granola had my allergens despite me asking nicely. Then, when I asked her to sub the granola for protein powder she agreed but then didn’t do it. Her very nice and friendly coworker asked her to add it and re-blend but Sandra said no and “just give it to him like that” in spanish. Good thing it’s my first language and I understood it. I wasn’t going to argue with her, but Sandra needs to be taught some customer service. Very disappointing...
