Our experience with this restaurant was short lived and unforgettable. On our way to vacation in Tennessee from Houston, we had an unexpected connecting flight in Dallas. This turned into a "stuck in Dallas Airport" situation due to the weather. We ended up finding somewhere to bunker down...in front of this Uno Due Go. We watched these two ladies clean glass, move tables, clean the floor...everything. As it got late, the airport thinned out and they were still there working. We started to smell food in the air and low and behold, it was attacking us from directly in front of us. Me being me, went over to the glass in humor and put my face against it like a hungry 🐶...we all šŸ˜… 🤣. A minute later, one of them came to us and said, my manager said, "if you're hungry, we can give you some chicken tortilla soup", which they did, with a bag of chips and some water. I hate that we were unable to experience any of the other food here but the soup was good and filling. These two ladies (didn't get their names, but were the only ones there so shouldn't be hard to figure out) should be commended for being there and keeping the place going as well as being extremely decent human beings. They did not have to do anything for us and did. If I ever find myself is Dallas again, I will definitely stop, try some pizza and hopefully give both of them a hug.

Decided to go on a mini-adventure with a 1.5 hour layover. This place is tucked into the darkest corner of faraway Terminal E (which itself is only accessible by SkyTrain), just beyond E36. Service was very friendly. Standard menu pizzas appear to be pre-made, but I got there at an odd time after lunch and the shelves under the heat lamp were empty. I ordered a sausage deep dish and was lucky there was one just out of the kitchen that the cashier was just about to cut so I got it right away. Crust was crunchy and good, there was a good amount of tomato chunks and toppings. I was surprisingly happy with it, and it seemed like a pretty good deal for $12, considering the other options at the airport. It was more than enough for one person. Give yourself at least 35 minutes to get here and back, maybe more if it's post-peak dining hours. I'll definitely be back again!

Stopped here as I am from Chicago, and miss Chicago pizza. This is NOT Chicago pizza, or regular UNOs pizza. The frozen UNOs pizza you can buy at a grocery store is way better than this! This pizza is tasteless, and has hardly any sauce. Couldn’t finish it. But the biggest problem is the cashier added a $1 to the $1 tip I gave them. I don’t agree with tipping fast food workers as they are doing their job, and they get paid an hourly wage. Unlike restaurant servers, who literally work for tips. I still gave them $1 to be nice, but my credit card came back charged $19.38… the pizza and bottled water was $17.38. So the cashier added an extra dollar for themselves.’ Not cool! I don’t recommend eating here, the pizza was awful anyway. Never mind the cashier stealing extra tip money for themselves.

I ordered a pizza from here and the employee told me he would bring me the pizza when it’s done. I noticed that once everyone else’s food was done it was brought to them. When my food came up I asked the employee if he could bring me my food too. Chasity, the manager told him no multiple times. At this point I realized I am the only black person sitting there and she allowed all the white customers to be taken care of. I told her I would like a refund because she was being extremely rude to me and I felt as if she was being racist. She proceeds to tell me she has a black husband. I told her that didn’t mean anything when she was treating everyone else amazing and decided to discriminate against me. Chasity then walked off without giving me a refund. I had to ask Mubashyr if he could get her so I could get my refund. I also had to ask another female employee for assistance because she never came back out. An employee named Richard went to the back and he proceeded to apologize on her behalf and process my refund. Richard tried to say she was having a bad day, but that’s not an excuse or appropriate behavior for a manager. I told Richard I didn’t care about her day because her behavior was rude. I also told Richard I wanted her to apologize. Richard was able to give me a refund. Chasity never apologized for her actions, her behavior, and never came from the back. I do feel like Richard did his best to make me feel better. Mubashyr had good customer service. The manager is rude and needs some additional training or needs to be replaced. Won’t be returning, especially if discrimination...

Horrible. Nothing worse than getting off a plane starving and having a bad experience like this. The girl at the register was extremely rude and short with us. She was not wearing a mask, even though it is required in the entire DFW airport AND she’s handling food and (poorly) interacting with customers. She was snarky at my brother for the way he pronounced ā€œcalzoneā€ā€¦ if she’s this rude to people who fully speak english and (in her opinion) mispronounce something, how is she gonna treat other customers who barely know or don’t know English?? At an airport, really??? ALL the tables were dirty and sticky, while staff just hung out behind the register. Sanitation in the middle of a pandemic not performed, actually not even sanitation, wiping off a used table is the BARE MINIMUM and they weren’t even doing that, I mean come on!!! The girl was also rude and short when we ordered one of the salads and we didn’t know we had to grab it from the pre-packaged section of the store… like we’re just supposed to magically know???? I’ve worked in hospitality for over 4 years and obviously sometimes we have bad days, just like everyone else, but why are you gonna take it out on the customers you’re supposed to provide good service to? You put on your best face and do your job, that’s what you’re supposed to do!!! Food was alright. Our experience was ruined before we...
